I stayed at Erica Resort last night, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any resort. The rooms were extremely dirty, and the bathrooms in every room had a foul smell and were clearly not cleaned properly. The bed sheets and pillow covers were stained and unhygienic. To make matters worse, there was a power cut around midnight which lasted for almost 6 hours. Shockingly, the resort has no power backup system in place. Early in the morning, I was disturbed by the sound of dogs fighting right outside the room — clearly, there is no security or proper boundary to ensure guest safety or peace. Breakfast was also disappointing — they didn’t even have basic items like bread slices available. The only positive part of the stay was the manager’s polite behavior and friendly smile. Apart from that, the overall experience was extremely poor, and I would not recommend this resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Even worse, the water temperature was erratic—it would switch from scalding hot to freezing cold in a matter of seconds. As for the food, it was a major letdown. The breakfast spread was bland and underwhelming, with stale pastries and tasteless eggs. I also tried the dinner menu, and the dishes were either overcooked or lacked any real flavor. I expected much better quality for the price I paid. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on these issues, especially if you’re looking for a pleasant dining experience or functional washroom amenities.

Overall it was fine experience, the staff is very humble and very helpful. Mr vijay the caretaker is very generous and kind. Food, location, view very good.

Room was not clean. Washroom and basin water was pale and was dirty. Bedsheets were not clean, had stain all over. Very unhygienic. I personally didn’t like the room. Upon asking they told us your booking came so late that is why room is not upto the mark. No ro water. Also when we reached the manager or guy very smartly giving us the basic room for our premium booking.
