We stayed at this property for 5 nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Special mention to Chef Divesh for his excellent food and warm hospitality, Ajay from the kitchen staff, and Radha from housekeeping — all of whom ensured our comfort and made our stay enjoyable.
The location of the property is peaceful and offers a beautiful view of the mountains. It’s about a 20–30 minute drive from Kasauli Mall Road, which makes it ideal for those looking to stay away from the crowds. Our kids especially loved playing in the spacious garden area, which was a highlight of the stay.
However, the interiors of the property are dated and need renovation. The beds are old and uncomfortable, and the bed linens, blankets, and curtains could use an upgrade — the lack of blinds allows sunlight into the bedrooms early in the morning. The living room sofas and garden furniture are also quite worn out and uncomfortable. The bathrooms need attention too — they lack hair dryers, body moisturiser, toiletries and exhaust fans, and the interiors are old and in need of refurbishment.
Overall, while the staff and location are excellent, the property itself would greatly benefit from renovation and updated amenities. With some improvements, this place has the potential to be truly wonderful.
