STAYED WITH MY FAMILY AT LUXE RESORTS , KASAULI. WONDERFUL PLACE. GREAT VIEW . GREAT LOCATION. CLEAN. COSY. GOOD TASTY FOOD. ONLY ONE THING I FOUND WAS THAT FOOD WAS EXPENSIVE. TAWA BUTTER ROTI @ Rs 70. ROOM SERVICE ETC. VERY GOOD. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES TO COME AT THIS LOVELY PLACE. PERFECT.

got information from book my show. decide after 4 star rating and our budget and rooms picture. make advance payment for two days. welcome good. food quality good. room service good. room and facilities good. view is good. safety good. employees are good.but we asked special arrangements for room decoration with flour and other for honeymoon. but not available.

It a a beautiful hotel at perfect spot Not too far from mall road and best part of no traffic noise We booked premium room which had a balcony and perfect view of mountain We enjoyed even more as we were in clouds die to weather and it made our stay more memorable Staff is really helpful Best part is that owners are at property and are very good nature. Rooms are clean, bathrooms are small but very neat and clean so no marks deduction for bathrooms I would rate my stay 5 out of 5

Great experince , staff really nice One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service. The staff were always available to assist with any requests, offering recommendations for local attractions and ensuring our needs were met promptly and efficiently. The hotel's location was also ideal, providing easy access to major attractions and public transportation. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at The Grand Majestic and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. We look forward to returning soon

Good Stay

Stayed for one day only. Used deluxe room having view. Room was very good , neat and clean . Washroom was awesome . Enjoyed hot water bath twice a day and feel relaxed. Location was road side having ample parking space. Walked to mall road having 1.5 km from resort. Quality of food also good and hygiene . Overall had a great experience .

Hotel is located at really nice place, really close to mall road and heritage market. Ambience of the hotel and view from both room and the terrace are just spectacular. Food is wow. Every dish all the cuisines is really tasty and delicious. The staff is very cooperative and sweet. Overall I had a great experience staying with them. Totally recommended.

The property is new so it's clean and in good shape, but toilet/bathroom are very small in all classes(you even have to adjust and then you will be able to close the door. Services are also not what you expect at such a price. Overall not worth what you pay for. Staff is good and soft spoken.

The location of the property was exceptional, and the cuisine was delightful. Additionally, I have never experienced such prompt service in any hotel before. The amenities were modern, and the hotel provided all branded items and appliances in the rooms. The staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating. The owners of the hotel, who are a couple, were also very pleasant. I have no complaints to share. I stayed for two days, and my overall experience at the hotel was outstanding.

Our experience was excellent. People at reception were taking care of every thing for making stay comfortable. All staff was behaving very nicely. Central heating in all rooms was very effective. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The highlights were the ample parking space, rooms with a lovely balcony view, and the delicious food. However, the washroom was a bit small, and the road to mall road was slightly dark, which could be improved for convenience. Overall, a great experience with a few minor adjustments needed.

Great family run resort with all modern amenities and home like comfort

Excellent location, on main road. Loft access to all rooms which are valley facing. Centrally heated. Boon fire available. Breakfast was awesome. 6 varieties. Meals were good. Service was super quick. Rooms had jaguar fittings, left and switches and premium toiletries. We will come back for sure here. Make my trip charges extra for this hotel and hence recommended to book this directly. Rooms available for 1200 less.
