Great view and property ruined by rude and uncooperative staff!
Beautiful view, but the worst service I've ever experienced . Rude, uncooperative staff and zero hospitality. If you are looking to enjoy Avoid this place because of its staff.

Good Stay
My overall experience was good, I would rate excellent to the ambience and hospitality of the resort. Food was good expecially the breakfast. Main attraction of the resort is its infinity swimming pool. The resort offers multiple activities also.

The Belvedere
The place is quite, clean and hygienic. View is pretty. Prefer going there during start of the monsoon. Keep in mind that there is a 5km off road track from the highway to the resort. Staff and service is good!

june 2025 trip to kasauli
Pathetic hospitality...to begin with..management wont answer ur calls..n then the location...located in the most remote area with no phone network ..once u reach there u are left with no other options other than the hotel itself..no shop or market available nearby..on top of all, the road to the resort is in worst condition ..its not even the road but just a path..don’t just fall for the looks of the property n the infinity pool as i did..average rooms..average food..mice running in the corridors ..i really had a very bad experience..n about the route to reach the property ..google shows to turn from chakki morh to reach the property...but that route is not working...while going from Chandigarh one has to turn left from dharampur towards Kasauli road..then on reaching gharkhal one has to go downhill towards dochi n then further down the hill to reach the resort..google shows around one and a half hour journey (via chakki morh which is not recommended)from Chandigarh to belvedere but it actually took 4 and a half hours to reach( via dharampur_gharkhal_ dochi road)

Reaching this hotel feels like participating in an off-road rally — only you didn’t sign up for it. Once you survive the bumpy climb to "nowhere", you’re rewarded with a beautiful, brand-new property surrounded by… absolutely nothing. Solan, the nearest town, is so far it might as well have a different zip code. Rooms? Gorgeous. 10/10. Staff? Sweethearts. Food? Let’s just say — if flavor had a hiding place, it’s still hiding. Tastes like the chef trained at a hospital cafeteria. And the price? High enough to cause indigestion before you even eat. Perfect if you're on a silent retreat or trying to bond deeply with yourself. Otherwise, bring snacks.

Excellent Stay
The property is new and is clean. The food served in restaurant is quite good. The outside sitting area is pretty nice as well as well as the swimming pool. The location is nice and quiet and this property is highly recommended.

Hotel view was nice, but overall service is very bad. Stale food, delayed services. Services are not up to mark of a 4 star Hotel. Even 3 Star hotel has better services

Great Newly Built Property
Location is great for valley views, great rooms, great food taste and quality with slow service, breakfast was ok ok. Overall property is good and with proper parking. Small swimming pool not temp controlled but game rooms included snooker as well. Overall was good one. Road 5.5 kms off-roading was there but manageable.

Hotel is descent but location is pathetic. Be ready for surprise. Food is Okay. Service was slow may be because of crowd on weekend.

It's a beautiful property. Do take the balcony option over the normal room, it's totally worth it. Great food also. Deducting a point for service, as it is a bit slow. Property management should consider getting extra hands during peak season.
