Great Vacation tay
Hi, Had a great vacation at Kasauli windsor resort. The location is just perfect with a great green valley view. foods are bit costly but worth every penny. Chinese items were a great treat. Overall food quality was awesome. We stayed with family with our own top floor balcony. The view and morning sunrise was mesmerizing. Staffs were extremely helpful and always happy to help.

Good Stay
Nice Hotel with adequate amenities. Amazing food. Loved the live counter at the breakfast. Knowing that the food is good, the prices ha e been fixed at an exorbitant level. Small water bottles are very expensive and they would not give more water than 500 ml. Very courteous staff.

The hotel is decent ! Food is good but not too much of variety . Room is spacious . View is great !

Disappointed by Basic Facilities & service
No proper parking — had to leave the car outside besides main road.Room had centralized AC with a broken remote cover taped together. After in-room dining, food smell lingered and housekeeping refused to provide a freshener. Walls are thin — could hear people talking and constant bed dragging noise from nearby rooms was irritating. Food at the restaurant was good, but some staff were not cooperative. Needs serious improvement in service and basic facilities.

I am a big 🥝ie so will start with food Taste : 10/10 Bfast spread : 10/10 Dinner/Lunch : 10/10 Room Cleanliness : 10/10 Hygiene : 10/10 Property Overall upkeep : 9/10 1 point for torn Reception sofas Location : 9/10 Good to have Iron missing from the room More local taxi numbers for sight seeing Property is really good and all branded installations of consumer durables, lifts I am happy we made a good choice and enjoyed our 2 nights stay Recommended others looking for a premium stay and not the just average

The facilities and amenities were not up to date no hotel charges for half a glass of milk for the baby, but we had to pay for the milk as well the dining space was too small and we had to sit in the rain outside for breakfast with the baby breakfast was average with no good options to choose and eat the taste was very poor and the food quality was below average

Good Stay
Our stay was very good and comfortable. The food from the Restaurant, both Buffet and dining were tasty and hygienic. The staff were super polite and helpful. The in-room experience was very good and luxurious. The Wi-Fi was super helpful since there was very low network reception. The TV was quite a disappointment since it did not have any Smart capabilities and had very few channels. The washroom was good with a very comfortable atmosphere along with various amenities such as hair dryers and shower gels. The parking might be a small issue especially with ultra long cars such as Innova. Overall I liked the stay. The price was decent and well balanced. The view from the Balcony was mind blowing and made me feel like I was in the midst of a very pleasant vacation in a tropical but cold country.

Good Stay
My stay was comfortable, staff was polite, though i had some technical issues with the room at the first day of the stay but staff was helpful and changed the room very next day. Nice food, peaceful place, decent variety in breakfast.
