Room was good but the food was not hygienic. Although they haven't charged for the food which was returned but seriously they need to maintain food quality and not play with their guest's health

Randomly i found this property . This property was has awesome valley view from balcony and sitting area. Food and service were also good. Staff were good. Its just one thing that monkeys were around so keep ur food inside the room.

I gave it a 3 because of the lack of facilities like no play area. The rooms were very bad as compared to what they showed in the photos. The food was fantastic and the view was really good. The room was not clean the bathroom was not clean either. Everything had rust.

Staff here are professional. We stayed in premium plus room..the room and the washroom was quite clean and spacious..the breakfast buffet here is quite good and has a lot of varieties..the hotel is also close to the market..it is also budget friendly..we always like to stay here whenever we visit kasauli..the only negative thing is that they don't have any lift..but in all, I highly recommend this place..

It was a great stay, very supportive staff and very good service. The food was tasty, the valley view was breath taking, perfect location to explore attractive spots all over kasauli.

The location of resort is good which is approx 1.5 Kms from mall road which has all the tourist attraction points. Hospitality is good, room service is slow and room is good. one major disadvantage of the resort is that the rooms are approx 2 floors below road level so one has to climb stairs for the same.

Stayed with my family. A centrally located hotel about 2 kms. from kasauli market. My inputs are as follows: 1) Hotel has very ordinary rooms. There is nothing much to talk about the rooms. As we had taken a valley view rooms, the room had a superb valley view from the balcony. Other than that the rooms were ordinary. Bathroom were very small and smelly. 2) Hotel restaurant had a good menue and the food was tasty. 3) Hotel staff was very polite and helpful. other than 2 and 3 above nothing much to talk about the hotel.

Staying at ExoTica Kasauli is the greatest choice for me. I have the absolute wonderful time spent at ExoTica Kasauli 👍👍. The property is amazing to stay and we have enjoyed a lot and specially I would thank to the staff 👍👍for their amazing hospitality. The food served is really amazing and tasted very good 👍👍 I will give 5 stars rating
