Average Stay
We had a normal stay at the hotel. The property itself was well-maintained and pleasant. The Jacuzzi was a nice highlight and added to the relaxation. However, the food was a bit disappointing and not up to expectations. Overall, it was a decent experience — I’d rate it 7 out of 10.

Rosetum stay is nice ...
The property location is very nice.. staff is very nice and cooperative. Property rooms need some renovation then it will be a better and more comfortable stay. The quality of food is awesome except roti.

Breakfast was good 👍 I have ordered snacks all of those were good but pink sauce pasta was not good but that wasn't charged by the hotel !! Staff is very cooperative!! Pool is good Overall property was good but charges of the property was at little bit higher side!!

The room was allotted rightly above the machinery and Kitchen causing continuous noise throughout the occupancy particularly at Night. video is also recorded.

Terrible Stay
The hotel amenities are like hell their service is zero no response on calls while asked for washroom cleaning

Pathetic Services. Just having a big name is not enough
Rosetum services are bad.Bedsheets dirty, water tap not working that too in Deluxe room. Management needs an upgrade in skills.

Good Food, but average stay experience
There were some issues in water supply. For a room with rent so expensive, basic service like water supply should be there. though food was good all throughout.

review of rostrum hotel at Kasauli
Poor infrastructure quality. No water available at hotel for a bath due to motor burnout. Room quality was average and so was food quality but we took that into the stride, but when now water available for toilet flush and bathing for some flimsy reason, it was a non starter. My suggestion.. avoid

unfortunately, my experience is far from pleasant. The biggest issue was the lack of water throughout the stay, which was both inconvenient and frustrating. Despite several complaints, the staff didn’t seem to care or make any efforts to resolve the situation.
