Overall, my stay at Hotel Kasauli was quite good! The place was clean, comfortable, and had a peaceful vibe. The staff seemed a bit short in number, but honestly, they were doing their absolute best to provide good service — really appreciated their effort and attitude. 👏 The food was nice too, though a few items (like paratha and tea once) could’ve been better. One thing that felt off was the extra breakfast charge — it was unexpectedly high compared to what you’d normally pay if you ordered directly. The location is beautiful — loved the balcony and jungle view from my room, it really made the stay special. 🌲✨ If I could suggest a small improvement, it would be to include soft slippers in the room for added comfort. Thanks to the team for the hospitality — overall, a good stay with a lot of potential to be even better! 💫

Very bad experience! Not worth at all. The service and quality didn’t match the price. If you get it for ₹700-₹1000, it’s okay, but at ₹2500-₹3000, it’s a waste of money. Totally disappointing

Ultimate experience 1 food 2 service 3 eve-thing we found from mm t location is also good "the staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They are taking high charges but not providing the facility according the charges, food is expensive they are including gst on each item you are buying in hotel like - poha, tea and dal etc. Instead of total bill amount. Tv is also not working in super deluxe room, electricity problem also there in night, view are not good from their rooms. You have to ask for your dental kit, shaving kit etc they will not keep these things in your room. Not recommended poor service and charges are too high.
