It’s really a very comfortable and cozy property and location is also good and very peaceful.. service staff is also very nice and humble.

The food was good and the stay was comfortable. Some things need improvement specially the moulds on pillows and beddings need some urgent attention also property needs some minor structural improvements

Horrible location and access road with run down property
Property is at a very uncomfortable location where road access is horrible and unsafe. Car parking is up the hill which is extremely difficult to get to even for experienced drivers. Property is run down, showers don’t work, toilets smell, no toiletries are provided and they want to charge for jacuzzi. Overall I would rate it a very bad experience at a heavy cost

We were cheated.
the name is misleading. the time of booking it is not at all mentioned. They are cheating. Complimentary drinks were served only after complaining to make my trip. The showers are not working. The staff at the property was however good. You can get the booking at lesser price by contacting the property directly and gat discount on food and fee Jacuzzi too. They have mentioned about Jacuzzi being payable in a very complicated way somewhere in the rules and in that too at the end of the column of other rules.

Average experience and overpriced
The place was good however the Prices are on a higher side as all amenities mentioned are chargeable and not part of the accomodation charges . Breakfast is also not inclusive. They just provide the accomodation for everything else you have to pay extra . Food was good but the quantity was way too less considering the price

Average Stay
Other than the property and food on order, everything was for granted. We were not served a welcome drink as was promised, the bathrooms didn’t have shampoo or body wash, no tea or coffee sachets for making tea or coffee for self, impractical menu options for Lunch and Dinner, where for two different thalis you cannot select two different dals or vegetables from same category and neither would they allow food from outside. For all the disputes, when we tried to reach out StayVista people as there was a dedicated WhatsApp group create by them for this booking, no one picked up or tried to help, we could connect only for which we didn’t get any satisfactory solution or clarification, after that the stay-vista team completely ghosted us. There was no one we could reach out to. Overall it was not a very pleasant experience. Also the property was not very well maintained, and no privacy as the staff kept using the kitchen despite having separate staff kitchen , and the freezer was stuffed with raw meat which was not expected as it should be for our use also raw meat should not be displayed as some of us were pure vegetarian.

The view is good, sher singh(cook) and raju(caretaker) are really nice people, they made good food. But dilip and the manager were very rude, not upto their words, they didn’t give us jacuzzi, the manager and owner are very bad people, not giving good service, very arrogant people, please stay avoiding here as owners are very rude people.

Poor Stay
It was not a pleasant stay. The only motive of the caretaker was to give good reviews. That's all. No breakfast. The caretaker said he is not well then in this scenario they should provide a substitute. The whole property depends only on one caretaker. He was assisted by the guy who was looking after the cleaning department like cleaning the bathroom and mop. He used to serve us all meals. Not recommended. The property was good
