I have stayed at Kasauli Hill Resort many times and always found it to be a good place. The property has its charm, and my past experiences have been pleasant. However, I feel that now the rooms need some renovation and the furniture could use an upgrade to match the overall standard of the resort. With a little attention to these details, it can definitely continue to be a great stay option in Kasauli.

Good Stay
The place is very relaxing, in the lap of nature. Pizza was excellent. The only things is that I wasn’t allowed a late checkout even though I was travelling with a child. And too many reminders were given for checkout which were a little belittling. Plus there was no bathrobe. Everything else was good. The food was also nice.

Excellent Stay
The location is very peaceful. The resort is covered by hills and trees which is comforting. It’s a very good place to stay for the ones who need peace and comfort, away from the chaos of city. Food was also good, breakfast buffet had a lot of options! Rooms were also nice and comfortable. Also, the golfcart experience to reach the resort is also fun and something new! ✨

Avg. experience. Food options and food was good
Reception can do better. Dealing was like some cheap motel. Hygiene and cleanliness could be better. Bar and brewery area and food and options were good. But again the staff was poorly trained. The chefs were five stars though. Tried multiple cuisines. Quesadillas

Good Stay
The property was really beautiful but the room was really small and not so clean, compared to whats shown in the pictures! Way more room options were available at the resort compared to what shows on the MMT app. Restaurants food was average. Ambiance of the property is nice and makes up for the rest!

"The premises are good, but cleanliness could be improved. The prices on the food menu are too high. Additionally, the hotel does not offer a refund for the remaining days of stay, even in case of emergency."

We are stay in hotel with 16 month old baby . We are enjoying the stay and property are child friendly Stay & amenities are superb . Food are good but having less option Overall, I had a very good experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were welcoming and helpful, and the facilities met my expectations. Good Stay
Overall experience was good, the only issue is the rate of food items in the restaurant. Our stay was for 3 nights inclusive of breakfast. We had an assumption that the restaurant menu rates will be nominal but on the sad side they very highly exaggerated. Although rest all was good...they need to consider this onto make the stay much better.

This was our 2nd stay ....last time it ws quite peaceful which is why we opted it this time also...but this new concept of restaurant booking by outsiders ruined the vibe for us....so much crowd everywhere in the evening....do not appreciate it....keep resort for peaceful stays....not for money making restaurant
