Hotel needs updation . Not maintained well. Food is on demand.food was good.

location ok, service is very poor, again and again ask for things, room not cleaned daily. caretaker not interested in keeping the room or surrounding clean

I had booked a hotel room but they provided such a bad and poor hotel room or i got fake service and a third class room. Wrong photos have been posted, this is not a building, it is a poor third class hotel where water bottle is not provided. The bed sheet had dirty stains and garbage was hidden in the blanket & the mosquitoes created a mess in the room, no mortien or allout was provided. Ac not available and tv not working even telephones are not working for room service.

The property is ok not bad and even the food is good. . Out of 5 stars i would like to give 2 stars. . The staff was very good.

The rooms and bathrooms are not very clean. Staff is although friendly but lacks skills. Very tiny room.

Except for the food, everything was above average. Ask them what they have, before ordering according to your choice.We ordered "cheese tomato" for dinner but got something with paneer and no sign of cheese, when complained, their response was "this is how we make it". Hot water is available through personal geyser, so it's 24 x 7 available. TV had a consistent blue line but was ok. Extra mattress and bedding was provided when asked for, since we were 3 people. Service was great.

Experience staying in there was below average. Room wasn't good and had an door attached to the next room so privacy wasn't there also the ice had smell in it. There was a spider in washroom, there was no shower installed and there was a roach in room too. Though staff's behaviour was good.

Location of this hotel is not good; not easy to commute to Mall Road. Bus frequency from here is 2 hrs. Food is also very spicy here. Same room has offered which was showed at the time of booking. Overall somewhat ok stay.

The stay was horrible. Smaller rooms with hardly any amenity, food quality was poor.

Best location. Staff was really helpful. The view was the breathtaking.
