The location of hotel is good. just next to the New bus stop. So the access to travelling is easy. The rooms were near and tidy . Bt the drawbacks were the room service was not prompt, no one answered the phones, and the AC was not functional in both of the rooms. The Food was costly as per the quantity and quality. Rest had a Good stay !!!

As the first priority is Parking, this hotel has a huge parking space. Centralized AC/Heater. fast room service, good food taste. and best for couple and family. the stayed for 3,840 for a night which seems higher than average rent.

my check-in experience was disappointing. despite booking for one night, the front desk repeatedly emphasized that the room was only available for that night because it was reserved for someone else the following day. the process took around 20 minutes, with no offer to sit down or have a glass of water while waiting. additionally, the room did not match the description—it was supposed to have a mountain or hill view and air conditioning, but neither of these features were present.
