The property was very beautiful, and the staff's behavior and hospitality were excellent. The rooms were also very good. and food was also good My stay was very enjoyable.

It was a perfect Gateway weekend Gateway. The property. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The rooms were good. Cleanliness was there in whole resort. It was an amidst nature, so many places to roam around just two concerns. According to the resort, the breakfast was not that good. It could have been better the preparation, and also the menu could have been better and. another issue is common area could have been better. The game zone doesn't look like it is maintained the pool table and that all the things were broken and not maintained very nicely so that can be improved other than these two things Everything was awesome and it's a good resort to go and also one more thing the pool. The level of water was very less in the pool so that should be increased Overall - a perfect weekend gateway

Property and food was good, also behaviour of Employees are also very Good specially the restaurant staff.. Only the service is bit slow…

The property is located at a very approachable distance from the highway. The staff is very supportive and all the rooms have an ecstatic view. Met the owner also who is very humble. The pool is one of the best that I have ever been in.

The stay at Chillaru resort exceeded our expectations. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Rooms and washroom were very clean and well kept. We enjoyed all the games and specially pool is the highlight. Our pet was welcome and enjoyed a lot. Overall excellent atay and shall come back again.

Very good place to spend quality time with family. Peaceful & enchanting view. The restaurant serves traditional himachali food which is an add on service.

The location is great; the campus is full of opportunities to find a quiet place to relax. The staff is very attentive and willing to create the relaxing experience needed on a weekend getaway. If you are staying on campus your whole time of your stay would recommend getting the full board meal option.

Superior room was beautiful but it was not very spacious. The property is built beautifully but is not maintained very properly. Ambience of the place is very good. The pool was very good. Food is expensive and not very tasty

The place is pet friendly and the environment is very good but it needs to clean pets litter rest all the amenities are up to mark

Only positive thing I found with the property is its location and infrastructure.Food was just average,no varieties in buffet menu.Overpriced, superior room sizes were too small.We had to get it upgraded to premium with of course extra cost.washrooms every now and then only hot water used to come. in 3 day stay had to call 6 times to fix the issue.staffs were courteous however poor service can't make up for it.Property owner fond of collecting antiques, which is good.However little politeness in words and behaviour needed when you interact with customer.overall worst experience

Location is good. Rooms are neat & clean. Linen is fresh .. But the room amenities are zero. Breakfast Buffet menu is very less according to the price. For me overall it is overpriced. The best part about the property is it’s gorgeous pool
