Playotel Resort Kasauli

The hotel is very good, clean, hygienic and decently located. The staff is very friendly and accommodative. But the problem was with the price at which Makemytrip offered it; and of course, was faaar from value for money. Our trust in MMT has been dented severely. Goodwill is lost. Further, for the hotel, they should train their staff professionally. They are a good bunch, but professional training would really help. Their pricing of food, in restaurant as well as in-room dining, is exorbitant, it’s fleecing. Take care of these things and you should be much more competitive and can earn the confidence of customers. I hope they believe in the power of the ‘word of mouth’.

Service is not ok , no water bottle in the room have to ask each time , even have to waits hours for dinner and lunch .

Very bad experience Hotel denied the check in. On the night of 23rd May 2025, I had a confirmed booking for Playotel Resort Kasauli, 173229, Solan, IN, which I booked via the MakeMyTrip platform. Upon arriving at the hotel—after traveling approximately 40 kilometers—I was informed by the hotel staff that they would not honor the booking unless I paid an additional amount of ₹5,000. This demand was made despite my booking being fully confirmed through your platform.

The property had been excellent and most importantly there GM Mr Dev has been very cooperative and courteous all staff were very polite and humble, The food was also very tasty with touch of Home made flavours, strongly recommend to family stay or with your friends The property had awesome and the staff had been very polite and courteous I strongly recommend to stay either you are with family or friends I should say that Mr Dev GM of Hitel has managed everything very professionally Good job and yes food has been very authentic like home made and the room cleanliness is every thing first class

I recently stayed, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were well maintained , with helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Simply WOW. Stayed in the Premium room which was quite spacious and had an amazing view of the valley and mountains. PlayDine their restaurant served delicious buffet breakast. Their service was very good with courteous staff.

I stayed with my family and this hotel is located overlooking the mountains. The room was very spacious with large windows. Their restaurant play-dine serves delicious food and their service is superb.

We stayed in playotel resort in gnadhigram, himachal pradesh. This is one of the most beautiful property we have stayed. The premium room where i stayed with my family the room was very big with a beautiful view of the valley and mountains. The restaurant has delicious food and the service was very nice
