Mayur Hotel Bar And Restaurant

i have stayed at this hotel room 108 this room not properly clean and blanket conditions very dirty and ugly and worsted things I have faced this room very noise I have don't sleep properly I recommend next time no one take this room.

charged for a super deluxe but provided an average room whose toilet was v smelly, though front desk and restaurant experience good

Value for Money, Staff behaviour was good, location was good at mall road, Hotel was clean. Only weakness is less options at breakfast, only paratha, bread, and grilled sandwich if electricity available, during our journey electricity was not there in morning. Don't stay at the hotel if the temperature is above 24 because no AC available in the room and during the power cut fan will also not work

Rooms are small, no good food. bathroom and linens are dirty. Shower was clogged. No lift also. overall a terrible experience

The hotel had poor staff quality and very small rooms. Room service was not available at night. Only food at restaurant was of some good quality.

The Hotel premises were very clean & decent.The reception person was very very lovely & well behaved.Man power was very prompt. Water was not served in room. Everything was ok

Services is very slow and rooms is bad smell and food was average. Soap,dental kit and rools not available in rooms and blankets are not clean.

I have been to mayur a lot of times. This is my favourite restaurant staff there is also good. Food is great as always. Mayur has seperate bar and family restaurant. It is located on national highway so very easy to find

The hotel was not at all worth the money. Beds were so bad that once you sit at hit you will go at-least 6” down in the bed. Food was pathetic, service was damn slow, only good this was hot water in washroom. Window glasses had gap & you will have to face wind whole night. Not at all worth nor recommend

Pathetic experience till now only due to one person he do neat have manners and welcoming nature as i felt how to talk with guests illiterate person showing attitude like he is the owner rest everything was good but due to that person my whole stay got ruined

Overall good experience, but amenities mentioned are more than what ever given. Behaviour of staff is good

Good budgeted hotel at mall road, this hotel is present at good location. Food quality is ultimate except tea

A ventilation issue was there in the room but apart from that food is phenomenal and room service is exceptional.

It's nice experience the hotel is in the centre, entry to hotel road is restricted from 5:30 to 7:30pm

Pros: good food, nice room, average amenities, polite and helpful staff cons: no lift although staff will transfer all of your luggage little bit costly as compared to amenities, located at crowded place

Normal stay as per 3. 5 rating in mm t their are many issue tv is not working, very less option on breakfast food is costly overall i am not happy with the stay !

Very bad ambience and toilet flush was not working. Complimentary watter bottles are not provided

Everything about the hotel is perfect. The location, the food, the bar, the service everything. The food is super delicious and the staff is very helpful
