Pathetic hotel

Worst experience I ever had, room are so dirty so filthy. They kept all their dump material in their balcony. Mattress of beds were so hard couldn't able to sleep for 1 hour. Bathrooms were so dirty you can not stand with your eyes open. In morning, there was no water in bath rooms. Never book this hotel my personal advice is for you people. Locks were broken, doors were broken. This hotel looks like 50 year old hotel. I thought I have gone back in old era. I request MakeMyTrip to delete such kind of hotel from the booking list.
