Room was not clean, Geyser not working Absence of dental kit Shaving kit TV not working

everything was good but room tv was not working, there was no wifi also.. ev charger was thair but it was also not working cundition..

Poorly managed good hotel. No intercom, no electric cattle, no bathroom slippers , no toilet rolls in washroom. Hotel gate closes at 1030 PM . No gaurd at the gate. Any guest coming after that has to wait for a long time. Hotel management needs to improve upon above mentioned shortcomings.

The room was under construction, no hot water, water stoppage multiple times, leaking roof beside bed, no service at all

I book a room for 4 adults 2 childrens But hotel manager is telling us there is no booking for 4 adults and 2 childrens He charged us 1000 rs extra

worst ever experience. 1. Restaurant was closed. No option for food, even no tea. 2. Room geasur was not working. 3. Room TV was not working. 4. very rude behaviour of staff, Mr Neeraj. 5.Hardly found any person at reception, to attend guest.

Roms are good equipped with all the basic amenities.Staff is good and helping. we didn't try food.But a little far away location, it's not on main highway. But it's very near to jatoli mahadev temple.

Go for only super delux room only which is good,

lift was not working and light issue. there is no power backup facility. property was good staff was very good. but no facility

It wasn’t that good as we expected according to the price and everything. When we checked in, the room and the washroom was not cleaned at all and was as it is used before. We called at the reception to get it cleaned. There was no amenities, we had to call again and again for everything. In the morning geyser was on still there was no hot water.

Staff is good. rooms are good. food was good. general store, jatoli shiv mandir is near by. Property is on the road.

Property is located in a good place. away from city traffic and noice. we stayed as a group. the rooms were nice looking and quite big the washroom were also quite good in size. everything was good expect cleanliness. there was a odd smell coming from washroom. don't know what was that coming from. the cleanliness can be improved. otherwise it was a nice experience at staying in this property. if u want good rooms in good price and away from city noise, u can definitely check out for this property

The staff was very supportive but eventually facilities such as geyser which is basic in winters that was not available. Also it mentioned that kitchen is open till 10. 30 for all items but actually it is 9. 30 and they have only main course veg items.

Room was okay but before arriving at night i tried to call them and try they didn't answer and after arriving there also the gate was locked and they didn't answer the call it took half an hour for them to answer the call and opening the gate

They are not ready to accept their mistakes and also not ready to understand the customer's condition to get stuck at night.

Easily accessible by road, excellent ginger tea, commendable cleanliness and hygiene, courteous staff

Very poor service. Even on light cut no generator facility. So i recommend to everyone please dont stay in veronica resort

That was a terrible service ever i received in hospitality center like hotel. hotel with no basic eminites even a towel, fan. No water

The entrance to the hotel was a bit shabby and unkempt. Elevator felt unsafe as well. The room was great. Nice interiors and modern furnishing. The worst bit was the food. Was delivered to our room after an hour of ordering and after repeated calls from us to reception. The taste was not great either. Felt a bit unwell after eating. Staff were nice. Overall an average experience.
