The hotel is very good, clean, hygienic and decently located. The staff is very friendly and accommodative. But the problem was with the price at which Makemytrip offered it; and of course, was faaar from value for money. Our trust in MMT has been dented severely. Goodwill is lost. Further, for the hotel, they should train their staff professionally. They are a good bunch, but professional training would really help. Their pricing of food, in restaurant as well as in-room dining, is exorbitant, it’s fleecing. Take care of these things and you should be much more competitive and can earn the confidence of customers. I hope they believe in the power of the ‘word of mouth’.
