Rooms have dampness. Lift is not functional some times.

Wifi was not working as hotel is undergoing renovation. Food was good. Service was decent. Room was spacious.

Hotel is under renovation. Should not have been on offer. Unclean beds and linen. Not worth value for money. Though located in main market area other aspects should not be neglected.

Lot of traffic noise throughout the night. Couldn't sleep the whole night. Pillow covers were not clean. Didn't try food

Good location. It’s located on the main road. Quick service. Polite staff. Good food. Overall experience was great. Rooms need makeover as there was damp on walls.

Property is situated at walking distance to mall road, rooms were big and clean, supportive staff and good food

I have booked the my stay in two parts,. I was told that despite being my first day for a basic room, i am being given super deluxe room for whole stay, merging my two bookings ( 1 day standard, 2 days super deluxe room) but my surprise turned horrible as the stay progressed. Pros - 1. Neat and clean room. 2. Nice view from the room. 3. Good location. Cons - 1. Wifi service not provided. 2. Telecom services not provided. For every requirement/ order/ request, i have to visit the reception counter. 3. Hot water/ geyser didn't work. Have to take bath in I cu cold water. 4. The hotel is a mixed-use campus, hosting marriages just adjacent to rooms, room was close to their kitchen area where tandoor furnaces were being used with a weird/ no exhaust system, my room was filled with burning furnaces's smoke from 3 pm and continued till 12 midnight. I kept on coughing whole night. 5. On 4th may there was a marriage party on same floor, which kept our ear drums vibrating til 11:30 pm, though when complained, we were told that music would be stopped. At 10:00 pm. That proved a false message. 6. Room lights weren't appropriate 2 lamps didn't work. 7. No complimentary water bottle provided, which is part of basic welcome kit. 7. Breakfast was booked for 4th may 2023 stay, it proved my worst experience as we were told to choose just one item plus 120 ml tea, per person. It wasn't a buffet system as a usual practice everywhere ( i was informed that if i need a simple bead sandwich or something else item that would be chargeable). In total, it was a terrific experience.

Not value for money. Cleanliness is so pathetic in room which was provided to us, finally we had to change our room by requesting to hotel manager.

The heater was not provided inspite of being asked 10 times. The meal which I ordered charged me extra as they did not tell me at first about the increased price of the meals.

Room which i have been given was not cleaned, smelly and blankets were not washed. Bathroom was too smelly and was horrible condition. Breakfast doesn't have option. I am forced to select with two options. Over all it was bad experience

I have booked educative room, however, the room had moisture on walls all over, toilet were sticking through out the stay, food was terrible- had hair in hen cold coffee without sugar. Pathetic i would never recommend the hotel city heights in solan himachal pradesh. Terrible experience

Location of the hotel was perfect, but as promised while booking, room wasn't enough for 3 adults with a child. They didn't even provide extra bed for that, as it was just a matress

Thank you for the worst experience at city heights solan. In one of the room the tv was out of order and in the other room as soon as i sat on the bed its two legs broke and the bed was converted to an incline plane(attaching the image of the masterpiece)old furniture and rooms repaired with ‘jugaad‘ were provided free of cost. Door handle was repaired in such a pathetic way that my finger got a deep cut as soon as i opened the door. Thanks a million for my worst ever experience. It was really not expected. From next time please make sure that rooms are in perfect condition.

Location is good, but food quality zero, no safety standard, no drinking water, staff is non cooperative, room is very smelly, bad sheets was very dirty. No cleaning worst experience. If you hv no option, only than to go to this hotel, otherwise never book this hotel.

When we reached at hotel no one was at reception did wait for 15 min and room and washroom was not neat clean. Word food experienced ever.
