I am writing to express my disappointment with the accommodation and services provided. Upon arrival, it became evident that the room did not match the representations. The actual condition of the room falls significantly short of the standards advertised. Additionally, there is a lack of hot water in the bathroom, which is a basic expectation for any accommodation. I must bring to your attention that the hotel, despite being rated as a 4-star property, does not meet even 2-star standards. The location is subpar, and the facilities promised are nonexistent. Furthermore, the water system in the bathroom is far from satisfactory, adding to the overall discomfort of our stay. I understand that discrepancies can occur, but the disparity between the information provided and the reality of our experience is unacceptable. As a customer, i expected transparency and accurate representation of the services offered.
