property's location was good but cleanliness not good ,average experience 😕 wifi not working ,blankets ,comforters were stinking it seems the were not washed since months, please update housekeeping services

Rooms were not upto the mark, room service was slow and sluggish. Staff was incorporative. It was stay for a family of 6, though the view from the room view was good, could not be said for the inside of the room. Room preparation was not pathetic, dirty sheet and blankets were provided.

It was the start of our holiday, we wanted to relax but had a bad experience at this place. Everywhere in this hotel you find lot of guys just drinking and speaking foul language! we took a attic room near the terrace and all the while guys were making so much noise all the night. When i spoke to front desk, that guy was like they have also come to enjoy! what a pathetic response! to our disbelief, when went to the same terrace in the morning, 3 guys were again drinking and smoking at 8 am, again speaking foul language. How can one expect to be there with wife/family. This hotel lacks professionalism while they have built + building a big property. Food was good. Also they provide heater at chargeable rate to our disbelief. Even the smallest of homestays offer heater and this hotel after charging so much for stay were asking us to pay for a room heater. Very poor

Had to book the same day. Poorly maintained and finished rooms , untrained staff and average food Don’t expect anything like a hotel.. the views from rooms were great and that’s the only thing has this review from poor to average

The property offers mesmerising views and perfect for weekend getaways. Easy to reach and away from cities hustle. The quality of food served was also nice.

The rooms were not clean and the washrooms had a dozen of flies that were dead, the flush was not working also the bed linen was dirty and had bed bugs, the bed bugs bites have caused allergies

Worst of everything, they can feel you not to even try anything you are not aware. You must thing almost 10times before choosing them.
We travel regularly, but this stay was terrible. They don’t entertain guest after 10:00pm, even if you are coming with prior booking, no heater, not even proper bedding. Worst food have no words to explain how bad they are. You are recommended not saty, not even in emergency.

Anybody travel-ling during winter, the hotel should have given a room heater but they charged extra for that, the early check-in price of 800 rupees only for 2 hrs before was not justified as per hotel standard, room service was horrible. The hotel management were just not prepared for guest walk-in during festival season, they were only prepared to charge extra for food and room and not concerned about the services to customers. Please avoid staying there during winters as you will not get hot water because the bathroom tap runs really slow and the hotel staff can’t do anything about it. Toiletree given by hotel as per number of people staying in the room was less. Tv was not functional, had to ask them to recharge the tatasky, wifi will be quite slow. Cupboards has dust on it. For every minute thing like please clean the bathroom or room -multiple follow ups was done only good thing is the view of the room. Food was good.

No wifi. Balcony lights were not working. Limited recipe. Late service. Late restaurant opening in morning. Early restaurant close in night.

Do not go by the photos shared of the property cause we did this mistake. We had booked the hotel for 2 days i. E. 2nd-4th oct. 2020. As we were running late we called up the hotel to make sure the room was clean & properly sanitised but to our surprise the room was filthy full of dust on seeing we were shocked and thought if this was ever cleaned or even sanitised during covid times. We complained at the reception & to our more shocking surprise instead of listening to us the owner himself .....abused us abruptly with tu-tadaak . We ordered dinner at 10 & when we again checked at 10. 30 they actually didnt even remember our order, we re-ordered even after which we received the wrong dinner at 11. 30 that too after multiple follow-ups. Open drinking and loud music was allowed till 2o'clock at the night not thinking of the guests. Toiletries provided were all expired which expired last year btw. Not at all a maintained property with an egoistic owner.

Stay was average old built but renovated, great food dal makhani must recommended although 3 stars from my point of view quite far from Shimla city center.

The stay was comfortable the property is well-built but not well managed. Door locks aren't working dirty bed sheet and pillows. The worst service and hospitality if we talk about restaurant specifically. This accommodation is ok but the staff isn't guest friendly at all.
