Experience was not that goodd since there was regular power cut and even for approx 2 hours no light in the hotel that was very disappointing

Very supportive staff and very good property good food had dinner had one day stay

Not worth it , badly maintained rooms , they gave us used washroom essentials like shower gel nd shampoo , not value for money

nice hotel, very spacious rooms , ample parking space, over-all nice experience.. located at an awesome location which is away from the crowds and was a very serene and calm environment.

I found this hotel is overrated for the money. Staff is not trained. Amenities provided only on ask. Listed many amenities provided none. There is no bath tub, but MakeMyTrip listed bathtub in amenities. There was no hot water for any guests in one morning of my stay. Good thing area of room is big. Located very well.

The property is good enough and staff is also very coprative the services are also good and the location of property is also very easy to reach

The stay was very comfortable and cosy. It is a nice location with great views. The resort is worth visit as well as night halt.

Location is in theog, it is near kufri (around 25kms. So most attractions would be somewhat far. However the property is excellent, peaceful, and the views are so beautiful from here, you wouldn’t want to leave anyway. The service was impeccable. The food was a mixed experience - some of the himachali cuisine they serve is excellent, but common apps were not that great - room for improvement there. All in all, a wonderful experience.

food was taste less , room was too small for 4 person and when asked for room hange then hotel staff didn't even listen to request and said no straight forward..which was rather more disturbing. I have never experienced such bad rather pathetic stay . thanks

I was traveling solo with my 12 year old daughter, overall we felt safe and serviced on reaching the property. An easy approach to the resort. Beautiful view during the day and you can see taj theog lit up bang opposite from this property. , ample places to walk. Food is also good. Staff was to the job, i wont call them friendly, but yes they did their job. Rooms are decent with small balcony space, water supply was good. In all a good experience. Money well invested, we plan to visit soon again

The property is absolutely amazing! the view is breathtaking! we actually planned to stay for one night but decided to extend it to another considering the quality of our stay, food and everything. It's a very nice place away from all the noise.

The location is awesome with great view from every nook and corner of the property. Rooms are extremely comfortable for the price range and service creates a wow experience alongside the location and amenities. Not far from shimla, this is a must visit place for any one planning to visit shimla. This is also a great place for destination wedding or other ceremonies with fantastic locations and experienced management who has been running large scale ceremonies and creating memorable experience.

Hotel needs to work on the hospitality. Services and food quality was not good. Room was beautiful. Superb property and location.

This property is very nice located at theog far away from hustle bustle of shimla. Peaceful environment with excellent location.

Hotel room was very neat and clean. And location is also reachable. Near walking distance from highway. Breakfast quality was good

The property view is good, but the room is not good, shower not working properly

All expectations of a pleasant get away from the heat of plains shattered as soon as we checked in. Entire second floor stinks. Room was changed, but shower did not work. Bedside lamps don't work. The seat of chairs are torn. Curtains seem to be unwashed for long. Although it's name is de exotica crest and spa, but there is no spa. No indoor gaming activity, not even a small pool table. Service is pathetic.

Staff was good. Service was good. Rooms were clean. description is also right. Food was yummy.

Breakfast is the best, view has a valley view and also you have a look of taj hotel from the hotel and a good space to hangout

Excellent hospitality by de exotica crest team. I stayed for two nights and it was supper. Beautiful location and good food. Mine was super deluxe room with big window towards a beautiful valley view. I was traveling with my two kids and they really enjoyed the property. There is a recreation room with pool table and board games. Kids loved it. Overall good experience
