Review Of Pristine Courtyard Resort Shoghi Shimla

Pristine courtyard resort. We booked five rooms here in jun e 2024. The location of the property is good and it also has a small pool. U can go to nearby hills to watch sunset. Rest nothing much nearby. The property also has a restaurant with basic facility. However, the manager named aditya is very impolite and does not know how to manage guests. There were maintenance issues with cisterns not working, door handles broken, etc. Further the restaurant was pathetic. Even though charges for food are high, the quality of food is very bad. Even the water bottles said to contain ro water are not clean with particles floating. Although the restaurant staff were cooperative, they worked under instructions of an incapable manager. The owner of the property needs to assess the performance of the manager. I would suggest that this property is not suited for families. I booked the property as i had come here earlier when there was different owner. There is stark contrast. Mr. Sumit, the earlier owner, was very professional and friendly. The current owner of resort mr abhineet, came over to the place and i explained to him the deficiencies and the not so good things about the place. He promised to improve the same over time. All in all, although the place has potential, it needs good management and sustained efforts to keep it going. For now, this is missing here.

Property location that mm t sends you in confirmation text is wrong. I recieved a call from hotel manager and was sent a location on whatsapp that helped me reach location. The location where mm t sends in location is not the location of the resort

Location is not correct, which is send with booking confirmation, we travel-led almost 40km extra to search. Isolated property. Electricity went off for almost 3hrs leading us taking shower with mobile phone light and caretaker could not resolve till we checked out

We were called by the reception and told that the hotel is very far from the given destination and to cancel when we called makemytrip they did not give a refund.

We enjoyed stay and food was very simple with no showoff

Stay was pleasant. Location is awesome. Away from city rush. Just go & relax. Pool experience could have been better if it was maintained properly.

The hotel staff is good but it is far away from main road and hotel is not maintained at all. Toilet seat is not clean. Food is the only good thing happened

Everything is good. Swimming pool with in The Valley is huge plus point. Only issue is their delay in serving food which can take more than an hour even after ordering well in time and their reluctance to serve food items which are mentioned in menu. They may get irritated, annoyed and even argue if u press for certain food items though they have been mentioned in menu!

The best part about this hotel is the swimming pool which is surrounded by mountains. We had a fun time in the pool while listening to music and splashing in the water amidst cool fresh breeze and birds chirping. Since, this property is situated away from the hustle bustle of the city, it was extremely peaceful. People who are looking for solace and calmness should book this property. Other positives are 1. Extremely neat and clean 2. Very courteous and helpful staff 3. All TV channels were available and that too in HD.

Nice property and spacious rooms, away from hustle buzzle. But location is 6 km inside from national highway in the valley, bad Road condition. Need to improve The surrounding of property like gardens and play area.

Was staying there for 2 days superb view and stay there but far away from Shimla Around 20 mins from rough road.

Place is very nice for leisure time. Food can only be ordered from hotel as no market or any thing nearby. Which is good. Have pool. Nice staff

Resort is at very nice location and having fantastic Hills view, peaceful area, well maintained rooms and swimming pool is awesome. We enjoyed a lot during our stay. Mr Ankush is very nice person and he listened all of our requests.

Location is good but bit far from main highway 6.5 km. Rooms are big and clean, staff is helpful but food is average.

Very courteous staff. Highly co-operative. The hotel is located at a peaceful location away from all Hussel of city, good place to spend time with your family and rejuvenate your self. Only problem is the approach road is in very bad shape.
