Wot a place , excellent food ,awesome rooms , service ..will definitely visit again ,location away from city too gud stay

nice stay , good location, clean room but paid 1k extra for a valley view room as they told that they r getting very low price from MMT for your booking so they can only provide garden view room, if u need valley view room then need to pay 1k extra. MMT KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS. However the resort is far from shimla but a very good stay. bonfire - 800 /hr food is expensive

Electricity was not there, food quality was very bad, staff was polite but not providing any solution, wifi connectivity was poor

Stay was amazing, staff was cooperative and view from the rooms are amazing. I would recommend to those who wants to have some time off from the daily rush and wants relax in nature.

The location was excellent, service was decent. Room was very good. The food was good, breakfast lacks variety but was good in quality and taste.

Apart from a little difficulty to reach the place for last 1 kilometer area rest everything are great and lovely stay and great food and very helpful staff. Just one thing take your things in advance as once you go there, it's hard to get out of there and there are no nearby shops as well.

This place is absolutely as in pictures and is quite beautiful but overall it is not worth the risk you have to take to reach this place. It is about 45 mins out of Shimla and last 1 km to reach this place is really scary. Once you reach there, you absolutely will not choose to move back and forth. There is hardly 4-5 inch margin of error. Worst part is not the risk of reaching to the place but the staff, specially the manager.They are harsh, not managed and unable to provide anything you ask for. Actually we in general are not demanding and always travel to enjoy regardless of the place. Here as well we actually enjoyed the stay and I would have given at least star to the property but next day we were told by the staff at Around 10:30 that the checkout time is 11 Am, on which we respectfully asked for about 15-20 mins extension. Here the manager came to us and very badly said mere 11 big hi Hota having, we respect the hotel policy and understand that the team needs time to clean the room but 20-30 mins extension is not a huge ask. Here we got disappointed and actually were very sad because we made a decision and effort to reach to this place.

We get very less time to spend at Heavot Caves but wanted to stay there for more than a day. A wonderful experience we had there, more than beautiful property. Every single thing was just above and beyond their interior, their service, the view. It was a WAOOO exp we had. Thanku Vikrant Bh and Gopal Bh for such hospitality
