Hotel was good but it’s approach was very bad ,hotel staff was very nice. The road to Chail was very difficult and scary. There wasn’t nothing to enjoy except view. No shop or market nearby

Staff is good and hotel is also fine but not worth the charged amount of 7200. Went with family and staff was really humble and accommodating but infrastructure is worth 3500 max

Terrible Stay

Starting with the terrible thing .. they had one parking security guard who was extremely temperamental and rude and did not know how to talk to the guests specially with women guest. I would rather say that he had anger and rage issues. Question is who is hiring such employees for this hotel. However after this terrible experience the rest of the staff was very polite and professional. The hotel is too far and the road is too bad and there are no petrol pumps in between only one at the top of hill charging hefty so get your tanks full on the highway itself before you start towards the state road.

I think this resort is much of a hype . Staff is good . But I don’t know why it is so expensive in weekends. I would say its a average resort

Not Senior Citizen Friendly. Food was also not that good. Location is ok. Evening engagements need to be improved.

Breakfast was terrible and the service boy behaved like some Dhaba boys. Apart from that there is continuous noise in the bedroom.
