The property is perfectly located in the lap of nature. The surrounding is absolutely quiet and serene with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The evening looks really poetic with lights showing up from cities like Solan and others down below. The staff is very cordial and supportive, and the chack-in and check-out are prompt and hassle-free. The room was absolutely clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The food was excellent served in a traditional style. However, the sitting arrangement in the restaurant, though traditional, is a bit uncomfortable for aged persons. Overall, it was an exceptional experience for me at Kali Tibba Resort

I was in Chail for a short trip (Oct 17-18). Nestled in the serene hills of Chail, Kali Tibba Resort offers an excellent location that's nothing short of heavenly. Surrounded by lush greenery and breathtaking vistas, it's the perfect spot to unwind and reconnect with nature. The hospitality here is top-notch. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, with a clean, comfortable room (including a Yoga Mat, Heater and a table fan) that felt like a cozy retreat. The amazing majestic view from the property is a highlight—waking up to panoramic mountains is pure bliss. And the food? Absolutely delicious, making every meal a delightful experience. What truly made my stay special was the conversation with the property owner, Gaurav Sir. If he's around, don't miss the chance to chat with him. Also the three cute dogs on the property are a joy, they are well-trained and love joining guests for short walks nearby, adding a fun, furry touch to your adventure! 😀 The Kali Tibba Temple is just a stone's throw away, but that's pretty much the only attraction in the immediate vicinity. So, I highly recommend including breakfast and dinner with your booking to make the most of your time without venturing out much. This location is arguably the best in Chail, ideal for recharging from the hustle of city life. It's peaceful, rejuvenating, and leaves you feeling refreshed. I can't wait to return—just to live there for 2-3 days of pure relaxation. If you're seeking tranquility, Kali Tibba Resort is a must-visit! Highly recommended. 🌿🏔️

The food is too much costly and prices do not justify the food. We got billed just for ordering food for one day. There are no other options available to order food from nearby. Its like they have intentionally kept the food prices high as you do not have any other options.

Supply and logistical challenges, Difficult transport: Getting fresh, high-end ingredients to a mountain top location requires special handling and transportation, which significantly raises costs. Roads may be inaccessible during certain seasons, further complicating the supply chain. Inconsistent supply: Extreme weather conditions can cause harvest failure and damage crops, leading to price spikes and shortages of certain ingredients. High energy costs: The entire food production and distribution process is energy-intensive, and rising fuel prices directly contribute to higher food prices. Need for specialized storage: Preserving high-quality perishables in a remote location requires advanced, climate-controlled storage, which adds to operational expenses & Many More.

We had an amazing stay at Kali Tibba Resort. The location is magical with stunning views of Shivalik ranges. You get to experience wildlife like Deer quite easily. Food is super delicious with exceptional quality and hygiene. Small feedback if the prices can be little controlled for food it would be great. Gaurav is a an amazing host. Keep up the good work.

Resort was amazing, approx. at an altitude of 7000+ft. breath taking view from the room/resort. Food quality & taste was superb. Good hospitality by the staff & manager. would definitely recommend to visit & stay at this resort when in Chail.

Terminal Stretch of Road till property is dangerous. Rooms are good. Food is not value for money. Too much costly for the quality and quantity. Taste was poor. Staff could be more hygienic.

Please be well versed that the property is a mountain top resort which falls under heavy snow during winters. Stretch of 500 meters towards the property is knowingly kept unmetalled to make commute favorable during winters. The dish which you ordered was morels which is valued for their nutritional & medicinal properties but not taste. These truffle mushrooms are the most expensive mushrooms in the world costing rupees 25000 to rupees 30000 per kg thus making it more expensive. However we thank you for sharing your feedback & will certainly try to improve on highlighted concerns with top primacy. We look forward to welcoming you back in the near future.

Amazing and breathtaking experience ! located around 1 km below the kali tibia temple, the resort is located at the edge of the cliff ! clean rooms with outstanding views from balcony ! staff is extreme polite and good food with limited options available.

From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality of the owner, Mr. Akshay, made us feel right at home. This splendid property is worth every penny, offering a serene escape just a stone's throw away from the iconic Kali Tibba Temple, Chail's most important tourist attraction. The rooms are beautifully designed, with intricate details that add to the luxurious experience. They also provide wildlife guides for trekking, and we were lucky enough to spot a couple of deers during our hike! The breakfast and overall food were absolutely sumptuous, adding to the delight of our stay. Special thanks to Naresh Bhaiya for his prompt service and cheerful demeanor — he made our experience even more memorable. Kali Tibba Resort is a perfect 10/10 in all aspects. You visited us during extreme monsoon in which dense fog permeates environment odor. If balcony doors kept opened for long spiders seeks shelter to escape the wet conditions outside. To eliminate their presence pesticides are done periodically in monsoons but cannot be conducted daily to avoid guest health hazards.
