It was a good experience with ekant hotel Chail. Hotel was situated 3 km away from Chail and loacation was good. Room was clean and good, Room service was also pretty good, hot water available. I got good deal by make my trip, It was value for money.

Visited this hotel with on 13 august. The moment I entered in the hotel reception it was all smelling. Pathetic smell was all over there. Rooms were OK but no facilities. Lights of washrooms were not working. In the morning light were gone no power back, had to take Bath with cold water. Rooms were dampened and hence it was smelly and sticky. Can't express what it was to be their. Never ever visit this hotel as it is not a hotel rather two or three rooms Managed by one person. Chail is a place where one visits for peace and comfort so this is definitely not a place to be in. Services were zero. I asked for adrak wali tea and they delivere tea bag three times. Would rate zero to this PATHETIC hotel

Superb it was. Family tour became memorable as we were residing in facing hotels. Comfort Inn and Swarn palace. While booking we were little apprehensive about the ratings but we booked as no room was there in comfort inn. But our gamble paid off ..

Lovely hotel, nice location, friendly and excellent staff. Overall value for money. The only minus is that its a little secluded and a little hard to reach by normal public transport but by your own vehicle, its good. Lot of nearby areas to explore. For a day tour, can go to Chail Palace, its nice and beautiful. Although it is a hotel now under anyone can go and visit by paying just Rs. 100 entry fees. But its worth a visit. The lovely interiors reflecting royalty and grandeur of the maharajas, having brass antiques, big oil paintings, tapesteries and a grand piano. Chail also has a very interesting peak temple "Kali Tibba" which can be seen from the resort also. Its a Huge and very well maintained temple area with a lot of scenic beauty all around. One can even see Snow capped mountain range from here. The resort has lot of Indoor activity area where one can enjoy games like pool, chess, carrom, Table tennis etc. And does not feel bored even staying in the resort.

Awesome location with tasty food . Nice place to stay with family . The condition of the rooms are also good but needs little repair in washrooms.

Location is too bad, we reached the resort at 6 pm on 20th September alone my kids, there is no reception aur no ladies staff, only local boys standing outside the resort for welcome us, resort is situated in the jungle only, there is no another person for stay .. Very horrible situation for me ..

The hotel is at a good location. There is nothing much in Chail apart from "Kali ka Tibba(Kali maa temple)". The staff of hotel talks like they are trying ti trick you to take money. Like they did not give travel agency number, other wise their commission go off. Room are not cleaned properly. The door are broken. Dust every where and they call it "Deluxe room". There were a big spider 2 inch big in the room. The cable was not working. When we asked them to fix it they said like Cable connection is down from Shimla. Hell Shimla is about 60+ KM away from Chail. Once the cable connection was up it did not work continuously for even 20 min and was cut off at 8 AM sharp. The hotel is not good. Please choose another if want not to be tricked your money.

As the name says, Hotel comfort Inn is truly a comfortable place to stay. Staff is very much co-operative. Rooms are clean with perfect location, scenic view, hot and cold water, room service, Wi-Fi. Balconies have a good view of valley with a perfect sunset view directly from room of the hotel. I opted deluxe room which had wooden work, view from both side of room is available. You may park your vehicle at the hotel itself. The food is served at a reasonable price, is very tasty, served really hot and presentation for room service is good too. Only minus point for the travellers is that they will miss Tandoori delights during off season (up to May). I suggest Hotel Comfort Inn for the families, friends and others.
