pathetic hotel I have ever seen, stinky rooms ,messy bedding, filthy floor . we checked in and after that left thus hotel after 20 mins because it was so uneasy and hard to remain there, mmt should remove such type of properties from their list, I will never book from mmt even again

Our stay was very comfortable, thanks to the staff. They were very accommodating and kind. The manager was also polite and saw to our needs. Would love to stay here again!

The hotel staff was very helpful and polite, the location was also good, there was a snowfall in the area during our stay and hotel staff helped us for the removal of the snow from our car, the quality if the food was also very good. Surprisingly there was no snowfall in the chail other than the area where the hotel was located.

Good hotel with view of the valley from balcony. Great food and room service. The hotel is located near to the chail palace and market.

Stayed here for 2 days with family. The location was wonderful and car parking was present. The view from the rooms with the balcony was just amazing and worth the price! only advice would be to have fabric nets on the windows to prevent entry of mosquitos. Otherwise, the staff was prompt and courteous in their service and the food was good and decently priced

Hotel was in nice location and had great valley view from the rooms. Complimentary breakfast was average. Hotel can work upon ala cart e food and room service, along with facilities and cleanliness.

Food was good location also good hotel near to market hotel staff is also good all over is good i recommend this place

The property was easy to access. The rooms were very small and we had a terrible experience after entering the room washroom we found a very big spider. The staff and the housekeeping staff was very cooperative. They immediately changed our room as we were uncomfortable in that room. The housekeeping staff was readily available for anything you ask for.

Pros: rooms are clean with stunning views. Location is on road, parking also available. Cons: no toiletries in washrooms at check-in. Lights were broken. Television in standard room had no connection and couldn't be fixed. Food is high-priced for below average taste and quantity. We booked 3 rooms there and 1 of those was a standard room. The light in that room was broken and upon calling reception, the guy said, you can manage as 2 other small bulbs are working. Moreover, there was no bucket or mug in the washroom. No toiletries were provided before check-in.

Valley view from the rooms were awesome. Weather also was gud. Food was average. Rooms were clean and bathroom also.

Food is not good means quality average, serving was poor not hygienic, no basic things like water supply in wash room, no cleaning after having food in the room. Worst ever experience of life at hotel staying, not going to book this in future, totally wastage of money. No person is accountable there. Pathetic all the way.

This property is on road at chail rooms are spacious view by windows are amazing, market is near by and chail palace just one and half km from property. Bath room is spacious, hot water is available, amazing part of this place is breakfast you sit on balcony of hotel that is additional advantage

I booked a deluxe room. The location is very close to the main market. The view from the room is nice. However, the hygiene is not as expected for a deluxe room. Food taste is just average

Room was small, extra bedding had torn bedsheet and poor smelling quilt, no balcony in the rooms and food was terrible.

Cons the hotel needs to improve on cleanliness, the washrooms were dirty and stinking. Also there were flies in the room. There must be moth/insect repellent in the washroom and rooms. Pros location is strategic, views from premium rooms are good. There is no view from side rooms and hence balcony is useless in that room. Staff is prompt and helpful.

The view from the hotel is beautiful...no doubt. The weather was cool in June which by itself was awesome. 14°. Was kept clean and well maintained. Staff was good and very helpful. Chinese food needs to be reworked at, Indian food was good.
