Our stay at Summer Hill Resort, Timru was nothing short of wonderful. The serene location, surrounded by pine forests and breathtaking valley views, made it the perfect escape from city life. From helping us with our luggage early in the morning to offering local tips and making sure every detail was taken care of, their warmth and professionalism stood out. The rooms were cozy, clean, and well-maintained, with beautiful wooden interiors that gave a true mountain retreat feel. The food was simple, fresh, and delicious—especially the local parathas and chai. If you're looking for peace, comfort, and genuine hospitality in Chail, I’d highly recommend Summer Hill Resort. Good location for people wanting an off-beat experience away from the hustle of the city life. Food was a bit blanch. Can improve the taste. Service is slow due to rush and full occupancy. But staff is polite and cooperative. Overall it was a good experience.

Stay was very comfortable, property is good and well maintained. Food was excellent and staff very courteous. However amenities provided in room needs improvement. The approach road to the property from main road needs improvement

Approach road leading to the summer palace is in a very bad shape:it is all such a and dangerous approach. The room was at the third level in the basement. My knee is damaged while climbing and getting down to the room. Staff and service was excellent.

Property location was some typical to reach but approachable. However it was a good experience to stay at such a leisure accommodation. Staff was very courteous with excellent nature. Provides good service.

Stay at hotel was very nice. Staff was also very good and friendly. However the approach road to the hotel in last 1 km was in very poor condition.

Very nice pine view room is very good and neat and clean staff behaviour is amazing mr raj is very cooperative and overall good experience comfortable stay

The place is really good, hotel, food, staff all things are really good. The road to hotel is not in good condition, but cars with good ground clearance can easily travel. And the hotel staff also provide pick and drop so you can just contact them. Overall a great experience.

The stay was excellent, I enjoyed it a lot and the service is the best part about them I seriously like this stay a lot, the room was clean, the washroom was clean and the view is amazing from the balcony!! Overall I'll give them 5 out of 5
