StayVista at GLAMPS @ ILIKA

Stayed for 2 days and paid a bomb! But such a horrible place. All reviews on make my trip and google seem like have been posted by relatives and friends to show this property as a very attractive place. But when you book everything goes downhill. We stayed for 2 nights and still the care takers and managers couldn't provide the pool. Our child was absolutely broken. They saw her ready and kept saying 5 mins more etc. Ridiculous. 1. No complimentary drinks on arrival. 2. No space in the dome room. 3. No staff accommodation as in description. Overbilling : mentioned in make my trip that all meals included for 1000 per person. And now asking for 2200 per person. 4. No separate toilet, mentioned in booking 3 baths but only 2 provided. Bed absolutely ridiculously small. no electricity on 1st night. 5. No room service available, sheets not changed. Nothing done. I could have overlooked everything if the staff was decent enough to prepare the pool But the attitude even after we have been inspecting since the day we checked in they have scammed us to the fullest. And after calling the manager the response is : sir yous as he tried in front of you. What does that mean ,I paid for someone to try ! check stayvista property name is glamps ilika heated pool and charging 5 star luxury rate. Thanks & regards
