Booked a stay here in April 2025. The checkin and welcome experience was great. Booked via makemytrip. I booked the premium king room. The room is quite big, walking closet and big bathroom. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed sheets and pillows were clean as well. The room also had a balcony. The room was advertised to have a jungle view. But unfortunately, the room I got had the balcony facing another building which had some construction going on. No other room was available when I requested a change. I was in room 902. Housekeeping staff was great. Komal from house keeping team was great at her job, quick, meticulous and pleasant. She did the job quite well. Kudos! to Komal and housekeeping team for a great job. Food was good and reasonably priced. The only issue I had was that the in-room dining menu was advertised have an all day section. But, outside of breakfast, lunch and dinner hours, most items on that section were not available. The only thing available for late night food was sandwiches and tea/coffee. The location was great with amazing views. The infinity pool looked great but wasn't able to use due to rains. Overall the experience was good and very relaxing.

It is a great property located at a scenic place. The greenery would make you fall in love with the nature. Every nook and corner of the property is meticulously clean. All the basic amenities are provided. Our booking had complimentary breakfast which was a buffet with all the options in veg and non veg. Ala carte is a little disappointment as the menu has very limited options to choose from. Also the food was a bit too spicy. The staff is very welcoming, soft spoken and cooperative. Everything is just a call away. You name it and they will provide you in no time. I would recommend Cassia resort to everyone for a nice, relaxing weekend getaway.

Overall experience was bad. Standard of service in every department like reception, house keeping, room dine even in restaurant was not upto mark. 1. Reception person was not attentive. She ordered to drop the luggage in room but no one accompanied us. We ours-elf carried our luggage to room. 2. One dish was missing in our dine in order. 3. Even basic items of manu were not available like veg niger, brownie with ice cream. 4. One of restaurant person promised us that brownie with ice cream they make available tomorrow if u order us 24hour before. Even then they was not able to make it avalable. 5. If you make a call to house keeping, dine in etc from room phone, no body will pick the call. In last you have to call to reception person only. 6. I asked reception person that i want to meet to your senior when our ordered dine in mani was not complete. But no one turned back and not even bothered to call us. 7. At the time of check out i requested reception person to send some one to pick the luggage. I called twice but no had come. Service standard was very low or their staff do not want to do work. I can only say that not worth of spending money. One more issue they charged rs 500 per person for high tea separetly which is not worth what they are providing in high tea.
