The curtains were torn, room messy and bed uncomfortable. Dangerous insects were there. Worst experience

Need lots of improvements in hospitality and services. Also sanitation and food quality need attention

Hotel is very gloomy. Our room had a broken latch in the door, which was fixed after i asked them for, which should have been fixed before alloting us. Our room was in a corner which felt like a store room. Table was dirty; Something which was spilled earlier on it was dried out and not properly cleaned. Corner of the Bedsheet was torned out. However, Service was good. They asked us to come out and see the rainbow which i appreciate.Food was also satisfactory. But, the thing is it not practical to notice and nit pick everything and tell the staff to rectify them. Common spaces like living room and garden were occupied by large families. Not recommended for couples, if you want peace.

rooms and electric charging points could have been maintained better.The service could also have been better.Hospitality is much better in other hotels

Good but old no south indian foods in menu heater available no air conditioning no indian toilet anyway okay

Excellent ambience, clean rooms, polite staff and a warm and friendly host who makes it a point to make a guest feel at home. Please give this heritage hotel a shot. It's a great experience for anyone who is genuinely fond of the hills and boutique places of stay.

Dirty floor mattings however food was okay. Parking issues

Property location was good. Not happy with the upkeep of rooms and toilet facilities. Accessories like the kettle and fan provided were not up to the mark. Food was good

Worst experience ever as a customer as the staff was very impolite when asked for an explanation for not giving ac room rather than handling in a professional manner, they told that they will call the police. Very late breakfast timing.

Very beautiful property, spacious, clean and pleasant rooms. The manager mr manoj was very cordial and welcoming. Great service on behalf of the staff. One of the best places to stay if you ever visit shimla. It's a heritage property and feels amazing to spend time here with family and friends. Food tastes great, lounge as well as garden area is very beautiful.

We stayed for 5 nights and it was awsome experience. The location is awsome and propety is having great views from rooms and garden. Rooms are very big and specious. Staff are like family. Hotel is old hence and kind of heritage property hence ambience is very diffrent.

It is a good heritage property. Staff is also good. One can enjoy sunrise from their garden. It is a good place to visit shimla. Mall road is nearby about 3 km by car.

Nothing more than a home stay a very old property very harsh attitude no comfort rooms needs white wash over all vacation become tension

Location is good, good space for parking, good greenery but the staff behaviour and attitude is below average, we need to ask 5 times for the water, washrooms were stinking, we were needing extra bed they have provided sides broken bed which was hurting like anything and we asked for replacement they refused and said mam yeah hi hai
