worst experience no water no light no wifi basic necessities is water for use is not in the entire property and the thing is not even s single person is attending us

Excellent staff who go out of their way to make you comfortable. Big shout out to Kamesh who is very responsive and friendly. Room was bright and big. Unfortunately there was power outage when we arrived that lasted at least till we left in the morning. The hotel has no generator and no UPS backup even for WIFI . Hotel provided us bucket of hot water for showering. Even when power came back the next day, our geyser did not work. To hotel credit it was repaired quickly. WiFi when worked was very spotty. It took us 30+ minutes drive to get from mall road to the hotel. Overall staff is awesome, facilities need improvements and location is a bit remote from center.

rooms are not up to mark, no tv, no fridge, no clean rooms, bad smell all around every time we need to go by stairs as room is at hieght we requested but they did not gave room near reception or at the lower floor as we booked already paid the full amount staff was helpful and supportive this is ridiculous and not expected

Worst experience, amenities mentioned in mmt, were not at all available at property. Even there was no door lock, we used to go out without locking room, which was really not safe.

Food is average, location is very nice although a bit difficult access, rooms are good, however, maintenance & cleanliness can be improved.

Accommodation is so perfect that it can't be explained. I'll give 10 out of 5. Can be your best option to stay in shimla.

Location of the home stay was not properly shared, wrong number updated on voucher, no name written on the hotel site, we face challenge in reaching the location, but ambience was good, and spacious.

Shimla visit gaurav bawa really a home away from home. Very well managed by mr aman and team. Every need is well taken care of. Hospitality is wonderful. It is in the lap of nature, away from crowded shimla. They can arrange the taxi if needed by you. Food is really sumptuous. Everything is perfect. Definitely visit again in holiday in homestay.

Excellent stay. A great place to stay. The family were so welcoming to me and I had a lovely breakfast of traditional Indian food every morning I was there. The apartment was lovely with spectacular views of the surrounding hills and a balcony to enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

This holiday in homestay is one of the best homestays in shimla located. The staff is also very kind and polite. You'll find ample space for parking over here. Rooms are well maintained and are very clean. Recommended
