Though the experience wasn't completely bad but we were really happy with the way rooms were maintained. Hygiene is something that has more scope to worked on having said that it wasn't so bad either. It was an average stay

it was good, great view, great location but service was a little slow. really close to Mall Road. Food was nice. An extra heater was also available but with an extra charge of 300 rupees.
