Though i checked in 1 hr after the scheduled time the room was filthy & dirty, blanket provided was torn & dirty also the linen. It took around 1. 5 hr to make the room ok for entry & keeping luggage atleast.

I travel-led for 1 day business travel to shimla and booked hotel firhill. It was a convenient hotel on main cart road, with own parking and good room. The owner was very supportive as i made some changes in my booking and was very supportive. I recommend to others this hotel too.

No towel, no soap, no oil for bathing. No water for drinking, called 2-3 times for tea phone rang but not picked up at reception. As per Covid 19 norms the safety measure would be taken but there bedsheet is dirty and there is a smell in room.

familyFood quality could have been better. Staff were helpful. Location and transport were ok. It was a sunny room which we got. Wasn't very spacious but as per price it was ok. Washroom was clean and hygienic. Hotel's cleanliness was also great.
