Location was ok, not recommended for senior citizens as they have to climb a lot even young people gets tired. won’t recommend to order anything from hotel not that great even the tea also if you’re staying for couple of days the breakfast will be same every day. Amenities were ok staff was ok not that great not that bad. And lastly will highly recommend not to book and cab services from the hotel if you plan changes here and there they get offended and they asked me to pay to cancel even though it was couple of hours prior I made cancellation request.

The hotel was very close to ridge, hardly 5 minutes walk, but it is difficult to take own car. The route is vary narrow and steep. Everything else is great, from breakfast to location, Everything was great and the staff at hotel were cordial and very helpful. Had a great stay at hotel.

The location is a bit higher. The view was soo good. The taste of the food was good. Amenities were fine.

Hotel is located at near ridge and church and walking distance of 4-5 minutes. Room was very clean and all amenities including electric kettle, geyser, phone, heater and hair dryer were working. Staff is very co operating and open table area is very good for selfie

Food is excellent property is average worst part is it seems near the ridge up very uphill and no vehicle access from Mall Road , you have to walk to the hotel which is too difficult. Car access is too long taking a long time from city. Narrow roads. Only good part is Restraunt and food

location of property is not easy to reach way by car is to conjusted, moreover it lies on very steep slope not easy for kids and old age people to go back to hotel after visiting mall road .

There was no electricity at the property, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The condition of the room was even worse — there was no air conditioning or ceiling fan, only a small table fan. Additionally, the breakfast buffet had very limited options.

Poor hotel stay , non cooperative staff , extremely difficult to reach , early checkout , not standing upon the make my trip checkout time , unhygienic food quality , don't pick the room service call after 10pm . can't go out after 10pm as they close the hotel doors .

Excellent place for family. Food was good with a lot of options in breakfast and dinner. Live singing during the dinner was very nice. Staffs were cordial and prompt. Room size was big. Hadimbi temple was accessible on foot. Mall road was accessible through auto or cab.

My Booking is postponed due to war situation, hotel agreed for the same

The budget vs comfort / facility is not aligned. I would rather prefer looking for an alternate Had shifted to a diff hotel during my stay

Worst ever room experience. They gave me top floor room where i found ceiling height just 3 feet. You have to mind your head every time you come out of bed. You can’t go to washroom with straight spine. Requested hotel to change my room but they were least cooperative. What I understand. It’s better to book room directly rather than booking through MMT. I would say the fault was on MMT end. They showed me different room when I booked. They cheated me first and then hotel as they didn’t cooperate in giving me another room though they were having vacant rooms available.

It was a horrific experience for me and my family. We booked this hotel for 3 nights all paid before but we left the property the next morning we arrived and booked another property without the hotel showing any concern whatsoever. Our car also suffered a dent since there’s a very little parking space. The approach to the hotel is just terrifying, a narrow road with hardly any space for a single car to drive and in case if there’s any car coming from the other side you’re completely stuck. You’ll have to reverse kilometres away to find a space for other car to pass on such a steep climb. Secondly, the distance to the Mall Road, it maybe 500 metres, it is easy to climb down to the Mall Road on the steep slope but climbing up it takes your breath away, you start to feel breathlessness. Overall a pathetic experience.
