Nice property with parking facility everything was perfect location also very good Breakfast and dinner was also very good and staff is also very good👍💯

Food and service was nice. Little far from the mall road. But staying was comfy and well managed by the working staff there. The basic amenities are also steps far from the hotel.

Hotel was charging us for a second cofee from our breakfast and we don’t know who was drying their underwear infront of our room and to top it all no water or electric kettle was present in the room

The location is good but there is outside noise coming into the room itvis 1. 5km away from mall road staff is so co- opeative it is over-cost

When the flight is been cancel-led initially due to bad weather, how can you expect me to come and stay. I think that way, your non-cancellation policy should have some relaxation. Its not that i didn't wanted to come. Will make sure in future to book those hotels who allows cancellations.

Terrible overpriced stay. Would not recommend at all. We were given standard category room in place of delux. Did not have a cupboard. It is simply not worth it.

Hotel does not have any fans or air-conditioning, and i even asked them for table fan but they refused. Very uncomfortable night during heatwave.

Booked a room for overnight stay in him-land east. Pros - 1. Well located. 2. Parking adequate. 3. Excellent service. 4. Good food. Cons - 1. Poorly maintained property. 2. Bathrooms not clean. Commode seat was dirty and broken. 3. Fan was not working. 4. Tv not functional.

Location is not so bad, old shimla connected. Food was not so good and service was also average. Rooms are so old, so over all experience was not so good as we were expecting.

The hotel is located near to mall road and is good for a budget stay but do not expect any over the top luxury there. The staff is friendly!

Location was pathetic, even after spending so much money rooms were small and pathetic, photos available and real experience was completely opposite, entire money got wasted, one thing which was good was breakfast and the restaurant ambience
