Rooms were old fashioned need renovations,Toilets also need renovations and food was average and my stay was average

The food was good But the rooms were not up to mark.

The stay was very comfortable. The hotel staff were very courteous and polite in their behavior which made our stay at Shimla extremely comfortable and pleasant.

It was a great stay. They have multiple cafes in the hotel building which has really good view. Walking distance to the Ridge.

Had a fantastic stay at Hotel Willow Banks right on Mall Road, Shimla! The location is unbeatable — just a few steps away from all the major attractions, shops, and cafes, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained with stunning views of the valley. The hospitality and service were top-notch — the staff was warm, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. All the restaurants on-site offer excellent food, and the breakfast spread was fresh and delicious. Special mention for the ambiance of the property — it beautifully blends old-world elegance with modern comfort. I stayed in the property with my family and the hotel made it's best effort to make the stay comfortable for us. Hotel was hygienic and well maintained. It is situated on the mall road and major restaurants and bakeries are right nect to the hotel or at walking distance. Overall our stay was very nice and would definitely consider for future stays.

Wonderful stay!! Had a great experience. The rooms are spacious and give you a luxurious feeling. The staff here are extremely polite and very helpful. The location is great and theirs in house dining is absolutely amazing serving quality and delicious food. Highly recommend!!

It's a decent property, i feel it's a bit overpriced in comparison to the amenities as the rooms are big, but the tvs are tiny and they could have a sofa to add more comfort to the seating section rather than those uncomfortable chairs. Breakfast is gr8, location is gr8

Excellent stay at Willow Banks hotel !! Great location of the hotel and conveniently located near the multi level parking. Rooms are very airy and of good size. Staff is very hospitable and friendly. The hotel offers great dining options and the breakfast is also very good. Would definitely recommend to others.

The room was spotless, with fresh linens and a very clean bathroom, which really stood out. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, making check-in a breeze and even helping us with local travel tips. We had dinner at the in-house restaurant, and the food was delicious—authentic flavors and beautifully presented. Breakfast the next morning was just as good. Over priced hotel, not worth it. Only the location is perfect as it is located on Mall Road. Better to go for other budget friendly hotels available. 4 star rating seems to be manipulated.

Location wise it is good as it was very near to Lift secondly it was on the edge of Mall Road. Breakfast was good for the given price but dinner and snacks were good but little expensive facilities including lift were good.
