Our experience at Hotel Willow Banks was simply perfect. The hotel has a boutique 4-star feel with world-class amenities, yet retains the warmth of a heritage property. The location on Mall Road makes it so convenient, and the private lift directly to the reception is a blessing. We loved the variety of restaurants within the hotel – delicious food, fresh gelato desserts, and even a stylish rooftop bar to enjoy Shimla’s nightlife. The rooms are cozy with breathtaking views of the valley. The staff is professional, polite, and always ready to assist. If you’re looking for comfort, luxury, and the best Shimla experience, this is hands down the hotel to choose!

The property is suitably located on The Mall Road and gives one a perfect base for exploration of the city on foot. The hotel provides a nice view of the bustling city from its valley facing balconies. Moreover it is at a convenient location from the lift operating from the parking lot of the municipal corporation. The rooms were really well maintained with proper facilities. The staffs were cordial. The best part was we were concerned that we reached there around 9 o clock in the morning. But they checked us in right then even without us requesting early check in. Nice location as it's right in the mall road.. but not suggestable for people with a lot of luggage as vehicles are not allowed in mall road and we have to take the tourist lift and walk 100 feet from there till the property. I think the hotel arranges some porter if we tell in advance for some additional fee.

Mesmerising experience offered by this hotel will make your trip memorable. This was located near lift and rooms were spacious more than what is seen in pictures with perfect view. We stayed in super delux room.. restaurant offered beautiful view of valley and all this becomes more adventuring with rainfall . Must visit in shimla👍🏻

Luxury hotel comfortable beds neat and clean rooms. Bathtub in bathroom with toiletries. Yummy food and tasty beer at their bar

★☆☆☆☆ I was excited about my stay at Hotel Willow Banks in Shimla because of its prime location—just a short walk from Mall Road with stunning views of the valley. Unfortunately, that was the only highlight of my visit. The room itself was just about acceptable: clean enough but tired-looking and lacking any real charm or comfort. What really soured the experience was the breakfast. It was not only severely overrated in both taste and variety, but also outrageously priced for what you get. Continental toast and a few boiled eggs do not justify the premium rate they charge. Service was polite but slow, and I felt as though I was constantly waiting—whether for room service, extra towels, or even a refill of water. For a property in such a desirable spot, I expected much more in terms of value and overall experience. Pros: • Excellent, central location • Decent valley views Cons: • Very overpriced and underwhelming breakfast • Dated rooms with basic amenities • Slow, indifferent service Overall, I did not enjoy my stay and would not recommend Hotel Willow Banks unless they significantly improve their offerings—especially the breakfast—and refresh their rooms.

Hotel Willow Banks, is one of the Perfect location if u r going to Shimla, in the mid of the Mall Road, the food they serve in their Amazing Restaurant is Super fine.. & their rooms are really spacious, filled with all basic required amenities..
