The hotel is far away from the centre if you have your own vehicle that it is okay otherwise you have to pay lots of money for convenience.. The food was good, Service was good, Staff behaviour was so polite.

Nice property, delicious food and courteous staff. Had a pleasant stay. Would love to visit again. Keep it up!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Royal Regency in Shimla, and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff made us feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the reception team was very accommodating. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and offered stunning views of the surrounding mountains, which added a beautiful touch to our stay. The decor was a perfect blend of modern comfort and traditional charm, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The amenities were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel’s restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of local and international dishes, all prepared with fresh ingredients. The breakfast spread was particularly impressive, offering a great mix of options to start the day right. The location of the hotel is also fantastic, situated just a short drive from the main attractions of Shimla, yet in a peaceful area that ensured a restful night’s sleep away from the hustle and bustle. Excellent superb comfortable stay

The hotel is beautiful, easy to locate, staff is very good they were amazing with their services and cleanliness is 10/10. Me and my wife stayed here for 2 nights 3 days and we really loved the experience of the royal regency hotel. We do recommend this hotel to everyone. Good to go!

Hotel room is very spacious and has a balcony which is really good. Room is overall really nice and the room service was also very prompt. Cons: hotel is far from the city center and they do not keep a track of parking vehicles, which bothers other people as they are unable to get out their car since someone parked in front of theirs.

The hotel looked nice in the app but it failed to meet our expectations once we arrived. The room was tiny, there was no heater, The TV wasn't working and there was no hot water 90% of our stay. I would have given a lower rate if it wasn't for the gentleman that greeted my wife and I.

No proper service, we ask for tissues paper on a first day but didn't get, we asked for drinking water but didn't get.

Hotel ambience and staff too good. Rooms are so clean n awesome. Food is also good. And best part is balcony view.
