Great location, not a very busy location. It’s kind of quiet here. Some peace which you seek at the end of the day especially, if you are on a business trip. The room I stayed was for a single occupancy and I found it quite spacious for my needs. The food served to me was of great quality. Fresh ingredients and quite tasty. They do customise according to your preferences. Lastly, very friendly and courteous staffs. They know everything about Shimla and were able to get me help as and when required.

It was very difficult to reach the hotel parking from the main road. It was even more difficult to reach the main road from the parking. Dinner was good. Breakfast was also good. The hotel staff was polite and helpful. The view outside the hotel from room was not good

It was good the room was good also the food was great but it is top far from the mall road took mei 1 hour due to traffic travel there and return trip 30 minutes each time

Location is perfect asit is peaceful yet near to Mall road and close to nature and refreshing. Food is very good in terms of variety, amount, and fulfilling our demands within their limit. Amenities are complete for only staying. Srevices provided are exceptional as the people serving genuinely believe in hospitality.Thus, the experience seems very personal and special.

I am not sure how can MMT allow hotels to list their properties without complete information. This is a non AC hotel and no where it's mentioned. They don't even have fridge, they served cold drinks which were extremely hot and warm water. They said they don't even have ice to provide. We went in June and it was extremely hot and without AC it was difficult to stay in this hotel. They have Hi tea included but they will not put tea and snacks counter. Food taste and quality was good for buffet breakfast and dinner but options were limited. The only good thing was their service both from restaurant and housekeeping. The staff was quick to respond and provided essentials without delay. Location is bad, it is 2 km down from main road and the way was very steep with difficult turns. If anyone is a new driver, they won't be able to take the turns easily. I would strongly recommend to check the details thoroughly before booking this property.

floor was on fifth floor having no lift...not recommended person having respiratory problem..laundry service like towel, bedsheets was not clean..so overall expirence for staying in hotel was average..

Hotel was good and clean. Staff was also friendly. We got complimentary early checkin. But issue was that, the location was little down the hill. Which made it challenging to reach there.

Overall stay is good but need service improvement, for room service you have to call multiple time.
