Location is not convenient. Hotel property is old one. Room service is very costly. One bottle water is being charged Rs 170/-!!!!!

Well organised and clean environment, food is very testy. It is one of the best places to stay.

Property location is great where we can see the beautiful vally, rooms and bathroom of the resort was very much clean with all the available modern facilities. Food of the resort was hygienic and very tasty. The staffs of the resort were polite. I would give 10 out of 10.

The cottage section was good and the staff were always motivated to help us the food was good, mr sharma ji from the front desk was very kind and supportive.

Hot water not available for 3 days. Breakfast was good but dinner was way below average.

The property is well maintained and beautiful however the few items in dinner, we ordered was not as per the expectations, they were quite professional in terms of services. The support staff was friendly.
