Excellent Stay
We stayed in 1 bhk family cottage for 2 days. Overall stay was very good. Staff is very polite and good in nature. The only thing which resort needs to improve is food options. They have very limited options in breakfast and dinner buffet.

Excellent Stay
We had the most amazing time at resort ! The resort is absolutely gorgeous, and the staff made us feel so pampered. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the views were incredible. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.

Nice property with awesome view and amenities
Property is situated at an awesome place with forest on one side, valley on other side and both sides connected by 2 small tunnels. Food is ok can get better with some professional advice. Overall maintainance was awesome I have been to many properties in forest but not seen a single bug in our 2 days say was something appriciable. Despite buffet chef and staff was kind enough to ask for any other dish Overall it was great experience in a great property 1. Heated swimming pool 2. Bar b que every alternate day 3. Forest walk 4 star gazing at night

Good Stay
Great location amidst some of the most scenic mountains with thick deodar forests providing a near perfect place to enjoy a great holiday in peace,this place has a very friendly staff ready to help all the time. The food is great with a large variety specially the home grown organic peaches and plums were a rare find. The only thing that I would like to change is the relatively small size of the room and its attached washroom which made it a bit cramped as against the overall status of this property. Overall a great experience

Property was good, at a peaceful place n well maintained and every need is taken care of by the staff members we enjoyed our stay there .....food was delicious but was expecting more variety in the breakfast buffet but overall very good experience.....must recommend to others

Excellent Stay
The best of the Chalets is its prime location in the valley of lush green mountains, jungle views of pine trees. Services are excellent, food is good and you can enjoy your food in a revolving restaurant with the views of mountains.

It is a very good place for peace and serenity. Location and views were awesome. Services are good too. However buffet breakfast or dinner would have been more fun.

Room provided was not same as shown in the pics while booking on mmt. Feeling cheated even the bedding were floor bedding instead cots

Stench was a deal breaker
When we entered the room (room 214), it had a strong stench. Like that of a gutter. And I’m not talking about a normal stench you can endure. No sir, this one here was a professional strength gutter pro max. We asked the accompanying guy about it and he said they are cleaning the sewers and the stench will go away in some time. We thought, ok, that’s fine then. There were some other issues – the latch inside the room wasn’t working. But we thought we’ll find a way, it’s ok. The pillows were too big and hard but we just took clothes from our luggage, rolled them and used them as pillows. There was no hot water in the washbasin – only cold and tepid, but I guess it was ok. We don’t like complaining about everything, especially when the staff is so nice. We changed into our swimming costumes and went swimming. When we came back, the stench was gone (only to surprise us again later). Then we left again for games and stuff. Dinner was included in our plan and the restaurant staff was very nice and accommodating. They didn’t have gulabjamuns in their menu but prepared them for us. When we came back after dinner at about 10 pm, the room had the same stench, only it was weak. So we thought ok it will go again like earlier and just slept in the smell. But it just got stronger. So much so that we got up from our sleep, gagging. It was 12 in the night and we didn’t call the reception because of late timing. We could hear our next door neighbors (room 213) stand outside and complain loudly about the stench. We could not sleep all night. The smell was just unbearable. And it was stronger than the gutter pro max earlier, it was something that would wake you up and have gasping for clean oxygen. We spent the night somehow and left the room early in the morning. By then the stench was gone but our night was ruined. I had to drive 5+ hours and I couldn’t catch a single wink. I know it’s a huge essay on the resort but that’s my honest experience. The two stars I’m giving are only because the staff was very nice and friendly. If you’ve ever been to ANY FRIKKIN resort, you’ll know they all have good lawns and nice service. The stench was a big extra.

Stay was good but food quality was very poor i ordered food it was taste less and also breakfast was not good
