Good location,good hospitality,good services ,but food was so not that good... overall not bad experience..

Stay was good, but early check-in should be there, plus there were no toiletries and no kettle for hot water or any sort of tea bags etc. And on a cold floor warm slippers were not there, staff was good and helpful but the quality of stay could be better and there is additional charge for heater which is a basic thing during winters

Highly non coopers staff. Room was very stuffy, there was no good ventilation. Room was not in the hotel rather they took us to a nearby room in separate building. Bed sheets and quilt was not properly clean. Room service was very slow and they didn’t provide lunch. Diner menu was very limited and soups and snacks were not available. There were a lot of noise around the room. This was my worst experience till now and i won’t recommend anyone to go to this place. We checked out from hotel yesterday at 4 pm Money was wasted.

This hotel, room unhygienic, bedsheet and bathroom very dirty. Staff behaviour not good. I suggest no book this hotel room.

Location is near to mall road, but no food and tea near to hotel. You need to go to mall road of 20 minutes walking

Parking problem sabse jada hau yaha and overall hotel bhi acha nah i baht purana sab cleanliness bhi nah i sab below average tha

Hotel's location is awesome, near a. G. Chowk and mall road/the ridge. Service was also top-notch. Overall awesome experience and definitely recommend it.

We had very bad experience in this hotel. The beddings provided were stained and unclean. There are no room heaters, they charge extra for it. This is 1 star hotel, i don't know why makemy trip had categorised it in 3 star hotel. Hotel staff is not professional. I would say, if someone wants pleasant experience in shimla, do not book this hotel ever.

Room is in very good condition and comfortably reached at this place and all facilities in room are available

All good staff behaviour, room condition good, clean and service good. Hill view room available, room rent affordable. Hotel location center of simla as near mal road, ridge, christ church, lakkard bajar, kali mata tample all of place under 1km from hotel.

Price so much higher. Room facilities are 0. No room cartan. So much sound disturbance. My 7% discount transfer in my account

The hotel is located near the mall road which is very important for shopping. The valley view is superb from outside the hotel entrance as well as from the room. The food quality was good with a good service level from the humble staff. The cleanliness of the room was good.

Not upto the mark. No parking available. Cozy rooms. Staff also works in themselves. No courtesy calls or guide for local trips. Overall not good experience

We stay 1 night we are 4 person stay, there are 2 big bed and room big size, staff behaviour is very polite. I suggest all of you who come in simla stay there bear mall road

Rooms are good and clean. Especially i like the view from hotel. Hospitality are too much good. Staff is friendly and supportive. Talking about food, i like the taste of every order. Affordable stay in your pocket friendly budget. I suggest everyone to book the same

I stayed in hotel dalziel and experience was very terrible they have given us a family room in basement with no one other and 2 dogs were there and due to landslides in shimla we decided to go back and cancel the trip and they did not refund the money also when we decided to ho back due to landslides they must understand our situation

It was nice stay. Staff was very humble. Since we were senior citizens they gave extra care.🙏🏿
