We visited Shimla as a family of three, with my parents who are both 55+, the service was exceptionally good. At the reception Sangeeta ji and Gupta ji were very hospitable, really friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. At the reception they helped us hire a cab, and gave us the contact of Vicky ji who was our cab driver for our 2 days of tour in Shimla, very safe driving and friendly. You can blindly trust Vicky to take you through the difficult roads of Shimla. Hotel is close to Mall Road (Just a small climb up the slope and a few stairs and you are at the Mall Road) will definitely visit this place again. Highly recommended, once again an excellent service they even packed us breakfast for an early morning bus despite it being very early for usual breakfast commencement.

Property is good with spacious and clean rooms. However, the location is very steep up and downhill, making it very difficult to commute, especially towards Mall Road, which is actually a 10-minute walk away only. Food is good and hygienic. Again, limited options in breakfast. Staff is cooperative and helpful. Views from the room are good. Also, as shown on MMT, no indoor games area and gym facility is functional as of now. One important feedback: they will only take cash, UPI, or bank transfers.

We had an amazing time at Hotel Silverine silverine, staff is incredibly nice and polite, location is accessible from everywhere though a bit steep but that makes up for the property. Food is okay. Rooms are very spacious and service is excellent. We went for one night but stayed for three. Highly recommended. Loved the time there.

Hospitality and staff are good. Near Mall road. Mall road is at walking distance so that's the plus point. But drive to property is a little difficult; also, Google Maps do not properly locate the property, so it's difficult to reach.

Location is close to Mall Road. Food is good. Only problem is the housekeeping. They make your room only after 3 pm also they give tea bags/coffee only once a day that too in a less quantity.
