Hotel Silverine

Location is not good food also not good and washroom is very smelly and rate’s r also high on this site compare to other site

The room, specifically booked as a "Luxury Deluxe" room, was exceptionally small and cramped, failing completely to live up to its premium designation. Furthermore, the bed was highly uncomfortable, making a restful night's sleep virtually impossible. I strongly advise prospective guests to look elsewhere if they value comfort, efficient service, and honest pricing.

It was good. Food was also good. Location was fine. Room service could have been better

A very honest experience : The receptionist was very kind, but the room experience can be improved like washroom cleanliness, clean bedsheet it had stains and things were looking very old and outdated but at this price I cannot complain much, my experience was average

Hotel's location was good but the way was narrower for a car to pass. Hospitality was not too good, the night receptionist was not so welcoming, he didn't even pick up the call when needed and instead gave excuses. Rest all room was good. Room view was amazing.

Overall experience was very bad, please don't consider to stay at this hotel, no any cab will drop at hotel gate because...bilkul khai mai jakar hai ye hotel...Staff behavior is very bad....A man sitting at the reception is very pathetic and having very rude behavior

We stayed in June month for three days. Hotel experience and services were fine. Location is near to Mall Road walking distance. Parking facility is there with hotel, road is little narrow, so drive safely. Food taste was also good but few options can be added as improvement

Hotel was pleasantly located close to mall road, had attentive staff and was maintained well. The walk to and from may prove to be a challenge, but the nestled view from out windows was worth it !

Negatives- Poor food quality even fries were smelly..... rooms not as per the charges.... 25-30mins good walk to mall road.... very steep parking.... no help from hotel side. Positives- good view, always available & helpful staff.

Staffs are totally unprofessional, zero hospitality, over charge of tariffs, beds were so hard and even they are not bother to retain there customers

Average maintained property, parking available but very steep road towards hotel and parking. Need extra conscious while driving. Though management upgraded our room category they additionally charged for extra mattress for my younger child. But two extra mattress supplied. Charged 1000 extra for few hours. We reached late for check in and no consideration for a . However it was a pleasant stay

Good food great location but littile steep climbing thats manageable

Staff was very accommodating to us. My mom had hip replaced and staff helped her with room on main level. Staff always greeted with smile. Restaurant food is really good as well. Last 70m drive to hotel is steep hill but staff was very helpful to get us cab for us to drop off at lift for mom

The location is really bad because, the hotel is located down a steep incline. Every time we had to go sightseeing we HAD to climb the incline. Even the cabs don't go down or come up. But on the bright side Mall Road is extremely near. The food is okay. Very low breakfast options in the buffet. In the rooms most of the things were broken, the door handles, the windows etc. They said that they have a pool table but it was broken. If you can help it definitely try in some other place.
