The property is under renovation and the room was not maintained. When we reached we found the room was not ready for check in and we had to ask the property manager to get it cleaned this despite intimatiiour areival.They also did not have a dining place and we had to have breakfast in the room.. The staff was courteous though...

The rooms were pathetic with a lot of hairs strewn around, the restaurant was placed downstairs and the way to go that place was ugly and dirty.

familyThe room sizes were good and clean but the surroundings were not kept up to the mark and the dining area was not at all pleasant. Staff was courteous and owner himself called twice to enquirer if all was good. Overall a decent stay for a night close to shimla on the outskirts. Tourist attractions were all far off
