it was a perfect holiday at Nalhers , a pristine experience, true to its name. All boxes were ticked deliberately 9 to make improvements beyond expectations.

The experience was awesome.. we enjoyed food, ambiance and felt so close to nature. We went to Pristine Peak Naldera last year also . Kids had fun… everything was amazing

Had a great stay at the resort There is an EV charger at Naldehra for the Ev vehicles. Good food and staff.

Rooms with great view and amazing hospitality. Rooms are good, staff is supportive, caring and prompt in resolving queries

It was awesome, food was delicious. Location was superb and dreamy, it felt like we stayed in a castle surrounded by clouds. Rooms were neat and clean. Enjoyed a lot of.

Stay was fabulous. Staff was really humble and really took care of us. This property gave us some unforgettable memories. Awesome views and so airy.

Overall experience was great but breakfast was on 4 star level. Amazing view with good hospitality.

Very average and overpriced food terrible service. Dinner took 45 mins to arrive room service is also poor and overpriced. Receptionists are clueless and lie alot. Room service is poor.

Positive points outer look of property and view is very nice. They provide us cake on my birthday which was very nice gesture. Overall property and rooms are very neat and clean. Negative points at time of checkin they even did-not know how to welcome guests after half an hour they served us welcome drink. Rooms are average according to the price. Food quality at the time of breakfast is also average. One of the biggest negative point is reception staff start calling you after 10. 30 for checkout again and again after every 10mints.

property location is 👌 and staff is very polite and helpful. Activities provided in the hotel were superb. rooms are very hygiene and have a beautiful view of the hills.

This was the best property i have been to among radisson shimla, sarovar portico mashobra. This is a bit far from shimla but totally worth it. We didn't even want to go to shimla after reaching here. They had two restaurants. They have this panasian speciality restaurant that offers such yummy chinese food. We have a 10 month old baby. All his meals were cooked by the restaurant according to our liking and complimentary. We had a small kitchenette which had all the necessary appliances including microwave which can be helpful when you are travel-ling with a baby or if you brought some pizzas with you and need some heating. They even provided bottle sterliser for baby bottles. The property is built on a separate peak so no other disturbances or buildings blocking the view. The view from the window is just breathtaking! totally central heated property. They have various events everyday, like we went on thursday and they had family games at 4:30 and punjabi dance performance at 7:30. They also have gaming area with various board games, ball pit for kids, bike racing game, drawing and painting. They also have morning treks. Will surely visit again.

The location of the property is quite amazing and is highly recommended for travellers looking for both forest and valley experience.
