Had a comfortable stay! The property was clean, well-located, and easy to reach. Food quality was good and staff were polite and helpful. Facilities were well-maintained — overall, a pleasant experience and great value for money. Would recommend staying here again. 🌟

Location 10/10. But food and staff not worth ...Nobody will care about your peaceful stay but will see you as future customer with whom they would want you to invest...Their hospitality is0/10. If not their member I would not recommend to anyone or else be ready for a 2-3 hours conversation in your short stay of few hours. Kid activities are chargeable with hefty charges.

Pathetic stay they are serving their food in disposal at your room I never recommend this photo to anyone. This is a waste of money and quality time.

Highly Recommended
The property was awesome. All the staffs were very courteous and really made our stay amazing. Although the property is a bit far away from Shimla, I would highly recommend if you want to have some peace and subtle family time.

A Warm and Memorable Stay at Club Mahindra Naldehra
Our recent stay at Club Mahindra Naldehra was truly delightful and memorable for the entire me and my daughters . The property itself is nestled in serene surroundings, offering a perfect mix of comfort and natural beauty. What stood out most, however, was the hospitality. The warmth and care shown by the staff made us feel at home right from the moment we arrived. I would especially like to mention Radhika and Mahak from the Front Office, whose cheerful attitude and personal attention ensured a smooth check-in and made our kids feel completely at ease. A big thank you to Pooja from the Entertainment team, who went out of her way to engage our children with fun activities and games — they were genuinely excited every day! Also, a special mention for Abhishek, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and always ready to assist with a smile. The combination of a well-maintained property, scenic location, and such a thoughtful and attentive team made our holiday not just comfortable but truly memorable. We left with happy hearts and look forward to visiting again soon.

Excellent Stay
The experience was awesome.. we enjoyed food, ambiance and felt so close to nature. We went to Pristine Peak Naldera last year also . Kids had fun… everything was amazing

Poor service management and overall experience
Very average and overpriced food terrible service. Dinner took 45 mins to arrive room service is also poor and overpriced. Receptionists are clueless and lie alot. Room service is poor.

My expectations was so height but they seriously disappoint m
Positive points outer look of property and view is very nice. They provide us cake on my birthday which was very nice gesture. Overall property and rooms are very neat and clean. Negative points at time of checkin they even did-not know how to welcome guests after half an hour they served us welcome drink. Rooms are average according to the price. Food quality at the time of breakfast is also average. One of the biggest negative point is reception staff start calling you after 10. 30 for checkout again and again after every 10mints.
