Food was not good room I booked was superior but got to check-in into deluxe and room was not changed also

Poor Stay
Due to low occupancy on certain days, Welcomhotel by ITC at Mashobra has not provided the warm water facility in the washroom even after requesting twice. without warm water facility in cool or raining season is not acceptable at all

Location is good..rooms are well maintained but not much spacious being a 5star property but view from balcony is awesome.

Food was good and location is great. Barring these 2 everything else can be improved, specially the front desk staff and consistency in policies. Felt like a lemon tree at the cost of Taj

Good Stay
Location is nice but the approach to hotel is little difficult as it is has a steep descent and also the road needs adequate maintenance. For a new driver it could be risky to negotiate the courses as it is almost 700 mts down the hill. Otherwise the property is nicely located and calm and perfect for taking rest in the middle of nature .

Stay was excellent. Service,location everything is superb. Buffet is just wow. Everyone in the hotel is so welcoming and ready to help. I would have given 11 star out of 10 if possible. The only drawback is the way to hotel its very steep. One needs to be experienced driver. But overall its worth it. Loved every single moment in it

Mixed experience!
I have a mixed experience with this property. To elaborate.. its ITC so has to be good and this a mixed experience. Because the expectations were high and to add i have stayed in a better properties before. Not much of negative i wish to highlight, the only and only super good this was the staff. Ms Kaur was helpful, courteous and obliged us to the best of her capacity & capabilities. Thanks for that. Travellers to note- the property is far from the Jakhu temple and the mall road (1 hour drive approx). Its more to enjoy the serene beauty natural flora & fauna and it could be peaceful if they do not have any event like weddings planned on the property.

*ITC Hotel Mashobra Review* I recently stayed at the ITC Hotel Mashobra, and here's my take on the experience: - *Food*: The food was fine, nothing exceptional but it met my expectations. - *Property*: The property itself was good, well-maintained, and pleasant. - *Restaurant Service*: Unfortunately, the service at the restaurant could have been better. There was room for improvement in terms of attentiveness and efficiency. However, there were a couple of areas that fell short: - *Valet Service*: There was no driver available to retrieve my car from valet parking, which was inconvenient. - *Bell Boy Service*: Post-checkout, there was no bell boy available to assist with luggage, which would have been helpful. Overall, it was a decent stay, but a few tweaks to the service would elevate the experience.
