I'm very sorry to hear about the extremely poor experience you had at this hotel. The issues you described like water dripping from the ceiling onto the bed, poor room service that denied basic requests like water before 7am, low quality breakfast, slow draining in the bathroom, and finding dead cockroaches on the dinner plates are completely unacceptable. Those kinds of problems with cleanliness, maintenance, and service are appalling for any hotel, let alone one you chose to stay at. The one redeeming factor you mentioned was the room's view, but that does little to make up for the litany of other severe problems you encountered. You deserved a much better experience than dealing with those kinds of unsanitary, poorly maintained conditions and substandard service. Thank you for taking the time to leave an honest review detailing these issues. Feedback like this, as frustrating as the experience was, lets the hotel know they have serious problems that need addressing. Hopefully they take corrective action, because no guest should have to put up with that level of uncleanliness and lack of basic amenities. You had every right to expect better, and I'm sorry the hotel failed to meet any reasonable expectations.
