The stay was good however food is bit expensive in the dine in. Like a five star hotel they need to revise their prices bit. Rest staff is good , cleaniness is aloso there .

cleanliness, food and service
The food was pathetic, swimming pool was extremely dirty. No welcome drinks offered. But Rooms and washrooms were pretty clean.

pleasant summer retreat
Beautiful property at beautiful location . I personally advise to take morning walk outside the hotel in morning. very warm & Polite staff serving you with smile . Rooms are very spacious with amazing valley view. Overall a great stay in summers.

Great Hospitality, Perfect Rooms, Amazing Food
The stay was amazing, The location is 1 hour from shimla mall road but perfect for the ones seeking peace,Breakfast was amazing with a lot of options considering the remoteness of location.

The breakfast buffet offered a limited selection of average-quality food, and dinner did not include a buffet. Other aspects of the establishment were satisfactory.

Good Stay
Overall it was good, but the bathroom water pressure was not good, this could be improved. The pasta they serve is tasteless - this can also be improved.

It is not a five star resort and not worth the high price
Cons: Location is very isolated, Facilities in the resort are not upto the standards of 5 star, Rooms not worth above per night, They showed us mountain/valley view rooms but one of the three rooms given to us had no view at all, Staff is very rigid and not willing to show any flexibilities, review their criteria to define 5 star property as it is definitely not upto the standards of 5 star resorts like Taj, Oberoi, Hilton, Leela, etc. Pros: Food was very tasty Swimming pool is good View from the swimming pool is good

family with 3 kidsThe property is located in valley of Baldeya with the best scenic views. Nicely maintained and an amazing staff who takes good care of you during your stay. Food quality is superb and they offer amazing spreads !
