Off-road place and that's

At first we were a little sceptical when we saw the approach road, the last two kms is a broken road, but then it became an adventure as the hotel provided an open pickup truck for pickup and drop. The experience was simply amazing. Ketan the hotel manager is super helpful and very courteous, he acted on the feedback immediately as we did not like the food and he ensured that the Chef understands our requirements better. The rooms are very clean and spacious. It is an off-road place and that's fun.

Pathetic hotel with no single positives!

I hardly do reviews , trying to take adverse experiences in my stride. but let me tell you first thing outright. you dont take your family to such hotels which is located so offbeat and has nothing to offer and I mean it when i say nothing. Zero, Nil , sunya😬 I drove the treacherous 1km downhill with loose rocks and unwanted off terrain , thinking that the hotel will reward me with its views and qauint atmoshphere. What they offerred was a hotel having an uneven small entrace and badly maintained infra. Had no views or even small proper sit outs to enjoy your views. Suprised with the management contract with Fortune chain. A completely avoidable experience. I tried finding some positives but believe me this is hotel is better avoided.

Terrible experience. Hotel is run down. Short staff. While the staff was polite but there was no food during breakfast. There were only two staff. Hiegine compromised. It was definitely not an ITC experience

We reached late at the hotel as there was a long jam at shimla. The location of the hotel is in deep valley with risky kucha rasta with steep turns. The hotel toilet stinks as there no maintenance due to less occupancy. Food taste and quality was below average. Toilet door lock had a problem so co stay person always has a problem. Mosquitos on toilet ceiling was very disturbing

coupleReally poor experience - like never before. Issue summary in end. Bitter memories forever. Driver facilitated from main road to hotel. Drivers are pro to drive. Hotel approach road is not good its kacha road (get car with good tyre conditions) hotel front office is extremely polite and helpful. Smooth checkin and close coordination with guests to reach property. Room are good simple interiors and very clean. Major issues rooms smell like gutter - hotel will provide u with room freshers which can hive temporarily relief. Approach road to hotel is in bad shape n in event of medical emergency late night driver not available. Room had major issue with power supply there was short circuit and mcb dropped multiple times restorent is good and boofet is value for money. Overall more risky to stay here. *major issues* 1. Poor approach road 2. Smelly room 3. No driver late night after 11pm to take u to main road. 4. Electric short-circuit multiple times in room. 5. Basic things like bathrobe not available at hotel.

As a guest who stayed in the so-called "deluxe hill view room" i expected a level of service and accommodation that would be commensurate with the high price i paid. However, my experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and i feel compelled to bring these issues to your immediate attention. First and foremost, the behavior of your staff was nothing short of abysmal. The level of rudeness and incompetence displayed by your employees was beyond comprehension. From the moment of my arrival, i was greeted with dismissive attitudes, unhelpfulness, and an overall lack of professionalism. It is astonishing to me that your staff can disregard the most basic principles of customer service, treating guests with such contempt and disregard for their needs. Furthermore, the condition of the room i was provided was appalling. The "deluxe hill view" was far from any view; it was in a state of disrepair and neglect. The furniture was worn out, the carpet was stained, and the walls were in desperate need of repainting. The bathroom was an absolute disgrace, with broken tiles, leaky fixtures, and a distinct odor of mold. I find it absolutely unacceptable that you would present such a substandard accommodation as a "hill view" room. I trust that you understand the gravity of this situation and the potential consequences for your business. I eagerly await your response, outlining the steps you intend to take to rectify these issues and restore my faith in your establishment. Beautiful view. Kufri's most well-known attraction is the Himalayan Nature Park, a high-altitude zoo with a diverse array of plant and animal life. Tourists go to Mahasu Peak to take in the breathtaking scenery of the snowy hill station.

Hotel is situated in a beautiful location. Only a issue of small stretch of Road. Food quality is good and co-operative and polite staff. My overall experience is very good during my stay in Fortune Park Kufri.
